Process of products safety standard approval is one complex systems with inherent complexity,dynamics,randomness,uncertainties and openness.At present,a large number of researchers take many researched about complex systems through complex network theory.The emergence of complex network provides a new concept and platform for Process of products safety standard approval modeling and the analysis and research of the network.Nowadays,scholars through the complex network theory to the research on complex system based on correlation and analysis of characteristics of the network system and find its structure and statistical characteristics of complex system,to study the formation mechanism of these characteristics.Firstly,the related research at home and abroad are discussed by combining the theory of complex network,relevant researches home and abroad,based on the complex network theory in complex system evaluation on the advantages of the rational use of knowledge such as graph theory,statistics and computer simulation.The method,the complex network theory as a research tool,the use of statistical physics,graph theory,operational research and computer simulation methods,the complex network theory is applied to the product safety standard approval in the reality of the network,and first proposed the evolution model of structure of product safety standard approval.On this basis,in order to meet the requirements of enterprises,to accelerate the speed and safety standard certification,starting from the viewpoint of the cost reduction,and proposes an improved algorithm to find the overlapping community in the network product safety standard certification.Then,under the drive of industry 4.0 and enterprise I-Automation concept,in order to achieve more efficient safety certification process,the improvement of the experimental process is put forward.The main contents and innovation in this paper are as below:1)With the help of complex network theory,it is first introduced into the process of product safety standard approval network of manufacturing industry,and the dynamic evolution model of product safety standard approval process is established.The product in the experimental evaluation of safety standard approval process using experimental equipment and relates to the controlled parts as nodes,the connections between equipment and equipment as nodes in the network,considering the safety specifications may be encountered in the verification experiment evaluation process problems,such as equipment damage,urgent project adding and so on unknown problem.According to the actual situation,the reality of the network,weighted network model construction of product safety certification specifications.Through the verification of the constructed network model,it is found that it has the characteristics of BA scale-free network.2)Consider the enterprise for safety standard application cycle and application fee requirements,module based on the theory of complex network community,and combined with the characteristics of product safety standard certification network itself has overlapping,the proposed algorithm an algorithm to detect overlapping communities,thus find the products exist in the overlapping parts.The overlapping parts are assembled as a standard module of semi-finished products to apply for Safety standard,so as to realize the requirements of the enterprise fee and leadtime of improvement.3)Combined with the product safety standard approval network,in order to speed up the cycle of product testing evaluation and improve the accuracy of the experimental evaluation,the relevant experimental methods are improved.In order to use designed one test process system,and the software is controlled by LabVIEW software,which can improve the accuracy of the experiment and accelerate the speed of the experiment.4)Summarize up,hope that the research can provide reference for product safety standard approval,and put forward some opinions on the future research direction.
