China's air transport industry is in a period of rapid development,both the total number of completed flights and the volume of goods and mail turnover are increasing year by year.The route network plays a decisive role in ensuring the normal operation of the flight.However,the existing evaluation indicators cannot directly reflect the operation level of the route network,and the evaluation index system lacks an overall assessment of the operation.Based on the complex network theory and traffic flow theory,this paper studies the operation of the route network under the influence of severe weather by establishing an operational evaluation index system.Based on the current operational status of China's route network,firstly,several typical meteorological effects on aircraft operation are analyzed.Combined with existing meteorological data,radar reflectivity factor is selected as an important parameter for judging meteorological hazard.In order to mitigate the impact of bad weather on the operation of the route network,according to the diversion rules and route search strategy,the diversion route search strategy of pre-flight diversion and real-time diversion is proposed,and the corresponding response mechanism is established.Among them,the preflight diversion response mechanism uses the A* algorithm to re-search the pre-flight path of the affected flight,and the real-time diversion response mechanism uses the improved ant colony algorithm to change the path in real time.The algorithm has three Steps: First,construct an environment for diversion;second,use ant colony algorithm for path planning;third,consider improving the path with profitability.Then,based on the static network static index and traffic flow theory,the operational evaluation index system is established.In order to reduce the information overlap between the system and the correlation between the indicators,a morbid index is introduced to screen the indicators,so that the indicator system is more reasonable.Finally,based on the multi-agent air traffic simulation system,in order to make the results more contrast,the normal flight response mechanism and the ground waiting response mechanism are also developed.Through the comparison of these four response mechanisms,the different response mechanisms of the route network are comprehensively evaluated.Under the operating conditions.This research improves the utilization of airspace and provides reference and suggestions for the development and subsequent construction of the route network.
