Evaluation On The Influence Of Marine Functional Zoning On Social Economy

With the implementation of the last round of marine functional zoning policies,there is a better development in marine economy in China.However,some problems go with it,such as the heavy load of sea use,the constraint of natural resources and environment.To some extent,these problems reflect the irrationality of the last round of marine functional zoning.With the implementation of the new round of marine functional zoning,it is particularly important to evaluate the social and economic impact of the last round of marine functional zoning.The reasonable evaluation results play an important role in the continuous improvement of the new round of marine functional zoning system.This dissertation mainly studies the impact of marine functional zoning on social economy.By analyzing the current situation of marine functional zoning planning and its impact on social economy,this dissertation establishes the framework of regional sustainable development theory and the index system of area sustainable development under the policy of marine functional zoning combined with the theory of sustainable development.In order to verify the rationality of the model,the model is applied to the analysis of Tangshan city.According to the level of sustainable development in Tangshan city,this dissertation analyzes the impact of marine functional zoning policy on the social and economic development of Tangshan city.By predicting the sustainable development level of Tangshan City under the marine functional zoning policy in the future,some suggestions on the improvement of the new round of marine functional zoning policy are put forward,such as promoting land and marine development in a coordinated way,the ecological destructive use of the sea should be strict control,strengthening the environmental supervision and promoting the new development model about the mutual promotion of ecotourism and economic.
