In recent years, urban artificial lighting has developed rapidly,it has changed the light environment at night all over the world, and the light pollution has gradually increased and led to frequent accidents of light ecology in the world.Undoubtedly, artificial lighting has brought serious impacts on the natural ecological environment, especially the migration and living environment of migratory birds, and caused a large number of ecological accidents of migratory birds and severe destruction of ecological species. The city lighting of Beijing and Tianjin developed quickly, and the area is on China northern important migration route of migratory birds, have a large number of migratory birds' resources, therefore the light environment protection research and the exploitation of green ecological lighting are very important to the development of ecological lighting in Beijing and Tianjin. In recent years, the related basic research of the artificial light ecology has been actively pursued in Europe.China has 90% of the migratory birds' population resources on "Siberia-Australia" international migratory passage, but there are few such studies in our country, which seriously hindered the development of China's ecological illumination and result in a large number of lighting ecological risks in our country. We took Beijing and Tianjin as the main study area, based on the summary of related research at home and abroad, explore the relationship between artificial light stimulation and sleep rhythm of typical population of migratory birds.Through reviewing literature and previous achievements of related research, explored the standardized reproducible experimental procedure and provided theoretical support and research methods for the research on the ecological illumination of our country. We took silvereyes, the rare species of migratory birds in the Beijing and Tianjin region,as the research object.Through the experiment method of illumination in the laboratory,we studied the influence of different wavelength and intensity artificial light on the sleep rhythm of silvereyes quantitatively. We took No.25 dormitory of Tianjin University as our laboratory, and compared the quantitative laws of natural light and artificial light of different wavelengths and intensities. Finally,we put forward ecological lighting countermeasures and lighting optimization suggestions for the light environment protection of migratory birds in Beijing and Tianjin area. The experimental results showed that the long wavelength and high irradiation intensity of monochromatic light affected the sleep behavior of the silvereyes more strongly. Therefore,in the process of urban ecological lighting,we should use light source of short wavelength and low radiation intensity as far as possible, instead of the high irradiance and long wavelength light source illumination.
