The pollution of oil spill in coastline has been more and more serious,the method of bioremediation has been paid more attention.But the natural environment of coastline is complex.So there will be many problems in practice such as the lack of nutrition,the low rate of oil degradation and so on.In order to improve the effect of bioremediation on oil pollution,bioaugmentation technology was developed.The bioaugmentation technology can well overcome the shortage of bioremediation for oil pollution,and can improve the treatment effect of oil pollution.The main content of this paper is the basic research on the application of bioaugmentation technology in coastline oil pollution treatment.The most appropriate slow-release materials are selected,the effects of different conditions and the feasibility of promoting biological growth are studied.Then slow-release materials are mixed with the immobilized bacteria,enzyme and surfactants to make the best composite microbial inoculum.Then the experiments are done to study the effect of composite microbial inoculum on coastline oil pollution treatment,and investigate the influence of different conditions.The four components analysis and GC-MS analysis of oil before and after are done.Two kinds of slow-release materials named struvite and IBDU are selected.The nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition in slow-release solution can be used by bacteria and can promote the growth of oil degrading bacteria.Adding slow-release materials can increase the oil degradation rate of immobilized bacteria about 10%.And the best ratio of composite microbial inoculum is immobilized bacteria 1.5g,IBDU 0.2g,struvite 0.8g,rhamnolipid 0.02 g and enzyme 1.2g.The oil degradation rate of composite microbial inoculum can reach 47.86%.When the temperature is 35?,the rotating speed is 140 rpm,p H is 7.5,the salinity is 10‰,the oil concentration is 250mg/L,the effect of the oil degradation is the best,and the degradation rate is up to 75.1%.The four components of oil have obvious change after degradation under the optimal conditions.And the degradation of alkane fraction and aromatic fraction is good,the degradation rate of most substances can reach more than 50%,some even more than 90%.
