The cracking problem of mass concrete has always been a difficult and hot topic in concrete science research.It takes time and effort to study cracking resistance of mass concrete by experimental method,and the guiding significance of laboratory results for engineering practice remains to be discussed.Using computer simulation method,cracking condition of concrete can be simulated conveniently from mechanical point of view,and cracking problem of mass concrete can be studied.?This paper uses the OW1 side wall and the inner wall mass concrete of the open section of the artificial island of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge West Artificial Island Open Section as the engineering background,Based on the finite element numerical simulation method,the effects of temperature field and temperature stress on the mass concrete during the OW1 side wall and internal wall section pouring process after the unmeasured measures and the embedded cooling pipe measures were simulated and compared.The results show that: 1)After taking the measures,the tensile stress ratio of the first casting section of the OW1 side wall increased from 0.94 to 1.31,and the surface tensile stress ratio of the second casting section increased from 1.19 to 1.24;the surface tensile stress ratio of the first casting section of the OW1 middle wall was 0.97 increased to 1.21,the surface tensile stress ratio of the second casting section increased from 0.89 to1.24;2)After taking measures,the peak temperature of OW1 side wall decreases drops by 4.3°C to 9.6°C,and the peak temperature The time of occurrence has been delayed;after taking measures,the peak temperature of OW1 middle wall decreases the peak temperature drops by 3.6 ° C,and the peak temperature appears earlier;3)Anti-crack measures mainly include(1)anti-crack measures for concrete cooling and shrinkage,(2)anti-crack measures for concrete shrinkage,(3)measures to improve concrete crack resistance,and numerical values for the method of embedding cooling water pipes.The simulation has obtained good results and effectively improved the crack resistance of concrete.The risk of cracking of large-volume concrete without measures is high.After the cooling measures such as burying the cooling water pipe,the tensile stress ratio(fracture safety factor)of the mass concrete can be effectively improved,and the crack resistance ofthe concrete can be improved.The construction of artificial islands has guiding significance.
