The Baiyinchagan silver polymetallic deposit is located in the south of Daxing'anling,which is a super-large copper-lead-zinc-tin-silver polymetallic deposit in Inner Mongolia.The ore of this deposit has various types of ore and complex composition with the research degree of systematic ore study is low.Besides,the geological significance reflected by ore characteristics has not been discussed.Based on the detailed analysis of the data of the exploration and mining ore dressing experiments of this deposit,the ore type,chemical composition,mineral composition,ore structure and ore structure of the deposit are comprehensively analyzed through optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction analysis,chemical analysis methods and phase analysis methods,with which the metallogenic periods and metallogenic stages of the deposit are analyzed.By chemical analysis method and phase analysis method,it is known that the valuable elements in the ore are Pb,Zn,Ag,Cu,and Sn.The mineral components in the ore are are argentite,aerosite,Tantalum silver mine,blende,galena,cassiterite,chalcopyrite,tetrahedrite,stannite,in addition to a small amount of arsen-miargyrite,diaphorite,ourayite and stromeyerite,which is studied by optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis.The amorphous carbon is first discovered in this deposit and the cause of the formation was analyzed.According to the deposition environment of amorphous carbon,it is analyzad that this formation is the product of the period of sedimentation in the early low temperature environment.Based on the analysis of ore structure,the sequence of ore formation and the symbiotic relationship of minerals,the ore-forming periods of the deposit are analyzed.It is determined that the Baiyinchagan silver polymetallic deposit has experienced two metallogenic periods,namely the Spray deposition period and the hydrothermal transformation period.The hydrothermal reform period is further divided into three stages: the I tin mineralization stage,the II sulfide stage,and the III stibium mineralization stage.
