With the continuous improvement of the exploration degree of Songliao Basin, the relatively simple oil field with the middle and high permeability has entered the later period of oilfield development. The development of low permeability reservoir which have not been paid attention on will be an important breakthrough point in the future development of oil field. Therefore, the Fuyu reservoir in the Zhongxin-Qianguonan area of Jilin Oilfield in the southern Songliao Basin was chosen as the main research goal. The reservoir types in this area are diverse, both conventional medium-porosity and seepage reservoirs and low-permeability and dense reservoirs.Based on the geological origin of low permeability reservoirs, the logging evaluation of low permeability reservoirs is carried out, which lays the foundation for the study of reservoir distribution. The paper has obtained the following research results:?1?The differences in reservoir types is controlled by the difference between the deposition center and the settlement center.?2?Based on the lithofacies identification and core experiment data, the reservoir zone is divided into four types of petrophysical facies by using the flow zone index?FZI?,and the reservoir physical prediction model is established under the rock physical phase constraints. And the distribution of salinity degree were analyzed. The water saturation model was established by using the Archie formula.?3?Three kinds of fluid identification methods were used according to reservoir characteristics and reservoir sensitivity parameters to improve the accuracy of fluid identification.?4?The lower limit of pore and permeability in reservoir was determined by empirical statistic and oil test data, the lower limit of the effective porosity in the conventional reservoir is 7.8%and the permeability is 0.05×10-3?m 2.The lower limit of the effective porosity in the dense reservoir is 6.2%and the permeability is 0.03×10-3?m 2.The results of this paper provide the data support and research basis for the study of subsequent oil and gas distribution and the next oil and gas exploration.
