As the performance of remote sensor improves,the demand of remote sensing application are diverse,quantitative data in application is particularly important.Due to the shadow made by terrain effect,the reflectivity of difference is bigger between adjacent pixels,this kind of phenomenon is especially obvious in the image of mountainous area.At present,most of topographic correction methods for panchromatic image existed the phenomenon of over correction and owe correction,and it is difficult to compensate radiation component from the perspective of quantitative.Using the principle of the radiative transfer,according to the geometry information of sensor platform imaging time,combined with atmospheric conditions on the surface to receive component of the radiation information of compensation,the terrain effect can be corrected.In this paper,on the basis of the existing research,terrain effect of high spatial resolution remote sensing data were corrected.The main research work includes:1?On the study of radiation transmission mechanism,starting from the imaging principle of the sensor,analyze the cause of the terrain effect,and the algorithms for terrain correction.And Learning the commonly terrain correction algorithm,including: cosine correction,C correction,SCS correction,correction and calibration models SCS + C,etc.2?For the panchromatic remote sensing image,in the process of terrion correction,the method of radiative transfer is first applied to the topographic correction of high spatial resolution image,and compared with the traditional methods,finally carries on the analysis and evaluation;3?The determination of cover factor has a crucial influence on the terrain correction especially in the high resolution images.On the basis of the existing calculation method of cover factor,this article considering the traditional DEM limits,using image histogram threshold segmentation to extract over factor,and acquires satisfied effects.4?The paper also introduces the function and design ideas of the terrain correction software,and using real data to test and shows the performance.The end of the paper is about the shortcomings and the future research direction.
