As a high-end representative in the field of industrial manufacturing,ComplexProduct and Systems(CoPS)are an important manifestation of a country's comprehensive national strength.It is of great value to the improvement of national defense strength,the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of infrastructure.However,due to the technical difficulties,long development cycle and high research and development costs,CoPS are difficult to quickly meet market demand and seriously hinder the international development of enterprises.The development and manufacture of new products does not have much reference to the product architecture and related basic data.Therefore,how to quickly implement the functional module design and configuration of complex product systems in the conceptual design phase is a very valuable problem,but currently related research is not very rich.Based on this,this paper proposes a series of methods to solve the above problems,the specific research content is as follows:(1)Based on the LinkRank community clustering algorithm,the functional module division of the conceptual design stage of complex product system is realized,which provides theoretical support for starting parallel engineering as early as possible.Firstly,the functional product system functional model is built by the functional black box model,then the functional model is mapped to the functional network model based on the given mapping rules.Finally,the LinkRank community clustering algorithm is used to realize the community clustering of complex networks.The module division of the overall functional model.(2)The identification of key functional modules in the conceptual design phase of complex product systems based on weighted and directed complex networks provides technical guidance for improving system reliability and preventing design changes.Firstly,the obtained product function module division scheme is transformed into a functional network model through transformation rules.Then,the key nodes in the functional network model are identified as key functional modules by using the LeaderRank complex network key node identification algorithm.Finally,the complex network-based SIR is adopted.The model verifies the correctness of the identification module.(3)Based on the multi-objective optimization model,the complex product system function module configuration problem considering product family evolution is solved.The given configuration scheme not only meets the current customer demand but also conforms to the trend of future products.Firstly,the product family evolution index and customer demand index are obtained.Then,the multi-objective configuration optimization model considering the above two indicators is constructed.Finally,the multi-objective optimization model is solved based on NSGA-II algorithm pareto configuration scheme.(4)In this paper,the development of large-tonnage crawler cranes is taken as an example to verify the validity and applicability of the series of technical methods mentioned in this paper.Firstly,the community module clustering algorithm is used to give the functional module partitioning scheme.Then,based on the given module partitioning scheme,the key function modules in the functional network are identified by the LeaderRank algorithm.Based on this,the specific module development strategy is given.Finally,the specific module development strategy is given.Based on the evolution factor of a given module product family system,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed and the functional modules are configured for actual customer requirements.The configuration scheme meets the expected requirements and meets customer needs.The above research all involves the functional modules of complex product systems.The functional module division is the basis of key function identification.The key function module identification is the theoretical guidance for the development of modular product families.Based on the product family,the functional module configuration of complex product systems can be realized.Therefore,through the above series of studies,functional module configuration optimization from module generation to module configuration can be realized,that is,functional module configuration in a broad category.The above research can help companies further shorten the product development cycle,improve product development efficiency and reduce product development costs,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The paper has 48 pictures,11 tables and 120 references.
