The Modeling Of Rapeseed Quality Diagnosis Based On The Multifractal Characteristics Of Pod Period Spectra

Rapeseed plant as one of the four major oil crops,has important economic and nutritional value.However,the research on the use of ROC graph to find the sensitive band of rapeseed is very few.The first part of this paper mainly studies the spectrum original value of the different period under the conditions of different sowing spectral vegetation index(Ratio spectral index and normalized difference spectral index)do the receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)graphs,and using ROC figure for sensitive wave band.Measurements under the condition of broadcast direct seeding and transplanting rapeseed canopy seeding stage,bolting stage,flowering stage,lush flowering stage and pod stage of canopy spectra,the ratio spectral index(RSI)and normalized difference spectral index(NDSI)are generated.In order to obtain the differences between direct seeding and transplanting the best RSI and NDSI,using sampling method and sampling method the receiver-operating characteristic(ROC)graphs for the growth period the sensitive wavelength of the spectrum,direct seeding and transplanting rapeseed is most sensitive to wavelengths of the RSI and NDSI is respectively: seedling stage(458 nm,511 nm)and(433 nm,517 nm);Bolting stage(997 nm,997 nm)and(990 nm,510 nm);Flowering stage(1235 nm,1235 nm)and(1235 nm,1180 nm);Lush flowering stage(478 nm,478 nm)and(484 nm,416 nm);Pod stage(1073 nm,1037 nm)and(1092 nm,1024 nm).With two planting of the sensitive wavelengths index(best RSI and NDSI)as the characteristic,the nearest neighbor method as the classifier of qualitative identification model,which shows that the effect of flowering distinguishment is the best.the figure about the Youden index was 0.9417 and 0.9417 respectively.But applying fractal tools to rapeseed plant quality diagnosis study also is less,so the second part of the article with pod stage of rapeseed plant as the research object,the determination of the broadcast and transplanting of pod canopy spectra,and the red edge position within the scope of local fluctuation analysis methods are used to get the pod phase spectrum multifractal characteristics index(Hurst index),And oil content,protein,oleic acid and palmitic acid shows rapeseed quality,using the correlation coefficient of the largest multifractal characteristics indicators as independent variable,all four kinds of rapeseed quality as the dependent variable to build a robust regression model,With the first derivative spectrum corresponding to the maximum spectral values as control group,RRMSE quantitative regression model is established,the results show that the multifractal characteristic indexes as the independent variable RRMSE were less than 5% of the proposed model,the model is good.
