A series of flight actions of flapping wing micro air vehicle(FWMAV)in the air,including lifting,hovering,flying flat,turning and so on,are powered by driving mechanism.Thus,the driving mechanism of flapping wing air vehicle is an important part of the air vehicle.Firstly,the influence of the error of each part of the mechanism of the “Sparrow” MAV(Micro Air Vehicle)model is analyzed by dynamics theory.Then,through simulation and comparison,it is determined which component has the greatest influence on the driving torque.Secondly,the components of flapping wing mechanism are not all rigid body structures in the process of production,so the dynamic reliability of the mechanism when each component is flexible body is also analyzed and compared,and the effect of each component is flexible body on the motion accuracy of the mechanism is obtained.Further more,Three kinds of flutter mechanism configurations with elastic elements are proposed.In order to better study its dynamic performance,the peak torque of the motor is studied to reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system.The theoretical research and simulation experiments on the original configuration and three kinds of elastic configurations show that the bionic flappingwing mechanism with elastic elements can not only reduce the peak torque of motor input to a large extent,but also improve energy utilization by reducing peak torque of the optimal configuration;Meanwhile,in the process of flapping-wing mechanism operation,the inertia effect of wing and other mechanisms and the periodic fluctuation of aerodynamic force with time easily lead to the fluctuation of motor speed.The theoretical and simulation analysis of the flapping-wing driving mechanism shows that the fluctuation of motor speed can be reduced to a certain extent by adding flexible devices in the system.Finally,the vibration and impact force of each pair are compared and analyzed before and after adding flexible device.It is found that the vibration and impact force of each pair decreases to a certain extent after adding flexible device.The reduction of impact force can also improve the vibration and noise in flight.This makes the flapping wing air vehicle more in line with the needs of the practical application environment.
