In recent years,the emergence of 3D laser scanning measurement technology has provided important technical support for the realization of automated manufacturing.The traditional composite material narrow box ring rib processing adopts the manual grinding method,which is not only inefficient,the precision is difficult to ensure and the dust is large,which seriously affects the health of the operator.In order to realize the automatic grinding and assembly of the long and narrow box of composite materials and improve the production efficiency,it is necessary to realize the automatic measurement of the box,and obtain the point cloud data of the box with the 3D laser scanner.In this paper,the preprocessing,feature recognition,feature size extraction and longitudinal ring-strand matching optimization algorithms of the long-box point cloud data model of composite materials are deeply studied.Based on the research of theoretical algorithms,the ring is developed.The rib grinding information automatic generation system.The main research work and achievements of the thesis include:(1)In view of the complex structure of composite narrow box,which leads to the difficulty of feature extraction of point cloud model,this paper analyzes the inadequacies of traditional point cloud feature extraction method and proposes a method based on normal vector and sorting euclidean clustering(Normal Vector and Sorted Euclidean Clustering,NV-SEC).for rapid extraction of composite narrow ring ribs.The method can quickly extract the matching part of the ring rib of the box,which lays a foundation for the automatic matching of the subsequent longitudinal ring ribs.(2)Based on the extraction of the width and position information of the ring ribs,this paper proposes an optimization algorithm based on enumeration.The algorithm can accurately obtain the optimal assembly position of the ring ribs and the longitudinal ribs,that is,the optimal grinding margin of the ring ribs,so as to obtain the feature size after the ring rib grinding,and achieve the purpose of obtaining the feature information before and after the long narrow box grinding of the composite material.(3)This paper uses VS2013 and QT integrated development environment to design and develop an automatic generation system for ring-grinding information based on narrow box measurement data,and carries out example test and analysis to verify the practicability and effectiveness of the relevant modules developed.At present,the above research has been applied to the automatic generation system of composite material narrow box grinding information,and can be used for the automated manufacturing of composite elongated boxes through the experimental test of the enterprise.
