With the continuous development of world economy,the global fossil fuel depletion and energy supply increasingly tense,research,development and utilization of ocean wave energy power generation technology to achieve sustainable development of energy has very important significance.Because of the advantages of the oscillating buoy wave power device have simple structure,strong anti-wind wave capability and wide frequency response range,the development prospects are very bright.On this basis,this paper designs a kind of double rack and pinion driven wave power generation device.The energy-absorbing process of the power generation device adopts full of gear transmission speed-increasing system,it is different from the large hydraulic system,complex electronic systems and cooperating with the liquid,electrical and pneumatic systems,but it use very high transmission efficiency gear.Through the gear sets of mutual engagement assembly,the wave power generation device can smoothly generate electricity in the wave of the ordinary device which can not generate electricity,so as to solve the large area of china seas by waves of low cannot power generation or the problem of low efficiency of power generation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research status and development trend of the existing wave power generation devices at home and abroad are summarized.Based on experience of oscillating buoy wave power device at home and abroad,put forward a kind of double rack and pinion driven wave power generation device.Secondly,the wave power generation device configuration,part of the gear transmission system designing,hydraulic control system designing and the selection and installation of the generator and the whole structure are introduced.The energy conversion process of the power generation device is described,and its the working principle and applicable scope are given.Thirdly,according to the linear wave theory,the characteristics of the wave are described,and the mathematical expressions of the velocity,acceleration,trajectory and wave energy are calculated.Then,by using Froude-Krylov Assumption Methodstress analysis and the oscillating buoy decomposition method,deduced the formula of the vertical component of the wave force on the oscillating buoy,and the wave absorptivity of the buoy of the wave power plant is calculated.the mathematical model of the generator output power is established,and the output power of the generator is calculated and analyzed.Finally,using ANSYS Workbench software provides a static analysis of the important structures of the device,which verify the rationality of generator for elliptical shell structure design.Then the ADAMS software is used to simulate the fluctuating transmission system of the generator,and the curves of its rotational speed,angular acceleration and torque are obtained.And after the optimization of device,make it meet the requirement of power generation.
