Seismic exploration technology is the key technology to look for oil and gas,developed by seismic exploration seismic attribute technology has been very widely used.Various seismic attributes are discovered and application of fine interpretation and seismic attribute optimization is constant progress,seismic attribute optimization techniques have been applied to the 3-d seismic,time shift in seismic exploration,and in the earthquake-comprehensive geological interpretation,reservoir description and is widely used in reservoir prediction.Although attribute the development of technology brings to the oil and gas detection seismic reservoir prediction and a lot of useful information,but the effectiveness of the attributes and experimental data are difficult to get a good verification,in the complex geological background complex,the reservoir characteristics,formation complex structure of different conditions,seismic attributes have different sensitivity,representing different seismic attributes in different reservoir and stratigraphic information,attributes of the optimization result is bound to a larger influence on the precision of reservoir prediction,thus predicting attributes and attribute optimization studies are needed.In seismic reservoir prediction at present there are many common attribute of the optimization method,a variety of methods correspond to different statistical theory,and thus need to find a suitable optimization method or combination method to carry out optimization attribute.This paper discusses the basic theory of independent component analysis(ICA),this paper expounds the definition,characteristics and mathematical expressions of the ICA,basic model estimation method,then the ICA,FastICA,KICA analysis method is applied to data denoising processing and property optimization.Then deals with the basic principles and main contents of SDC method was carried out by using this method the 2-d model data and actual 3-d seismic data of SDC seismic attribute optimization and analysis.Realized in two ways,on the basis of fully combine the two methods,for the first time the SDC-KICA attributes combination optimization,the comparison and analysis to the ICA,SDC,SDC-KICA attribute optimization results applied to predict reservoir thickness,porosity and oil saturation of precision and effect.In this paper,the results show that using the KICA method can realize the seismic attribute optimization,the optimization of separation precision and speed,KICA method is significantly better than the ICA,FastICA analysis.The use of SDC-KICA combined attribute optimization results to predict reservoir thickness,porosity and oil saturation than single SDC and KICA method optimization results better,the single well matching degree is better,more in line with geological change rule.
