As a pseudo-random signal,chaotic signal has prominent advantages such as easy generation,easy replication,sensitivity to initial value,random non-period and good correlation performance.It is suitable for MIMO radar,which requires high orthogonal performance of transmitting waveform.Chaotic radar signal is close to the "broadband random noise signal",which has excellent resolution and prominent advantages in orthogonal waveform design and anti-active spoofing.So it is very meaningful to apply chaos to radar waveform design.This dissertation focuses on how to generate radar waveform with excellent orthogonal performance and whether the waveform generated can effectively suppress active spoofing.The main research work is as follows:1.Analyzed and explained the working principles and the requirements of waveform design of MIMO radars.the definition and characteristics of chaotic signals were introduced.Simulated and analyzed the properties of phase space structures of chaotic maps of bernulli,tent,and quadratic.2.Studied three kinds of chaotic modulation radar waveform design,they are chaotic frequency modulation waveform,chaos phase coding waveform and frequency-phase composite phase modulation waveform.The formation mechanism and quantization method of these three kinds of waveforms are introduced in detail.A series of MIMO radar orthogonal waveforms with good performance are obtained by simulation.3.The theory of quadratic systems with multiple segments is studied,Ms-tent chaotic sequence is discussed and analyzed,and the structure of MS-quadratic sequence is proposed.Starting with the sequence property,MS-quadratic is proved to be chaotic by simulation,and it is applied to modulation to solve the problem of poor self-correlation performance of chaotic FM waveforms and further improve the waveform correlation performance.Moreover,studied the multi-time coding.The simulation results show that MS-multi-time coding signal is a complex orthogonal radar waveform with excellent autocorrelation performance.4.The principle of active spoofing is described.The anti-interference principle of waveform design is studied.The simulation results show that the chaotic modulated radar waveform can effectively suppress active spoofing.Above the MIMO radar orthogonal design method of waveform and waveform design method to active deception jamming resistance,and It has been verified by a lot of simulation experiments.The results show that the generated radar waveform has good correlation performance and can effectively suppress active spoofing.
