With the development of economic globalization and the evolution of market individualization,service-manufacturing has become an advanced manufacturing mode in the 21 st century. In this new manufacturing mode, enterprises are changing from providing a single product to providing a "comprehensive solution" for products and services, which also makes more and more enterprises tend to outsource non-core business and enhance their core competitiveness in market competition by building supply chains with specialized partners. The supply chain itself is a complex dynamic system.Inside the member enterprises of the supply chain, disturbance events such as machine failure, shutdown, order change and resource shortage often occur.Outside, the supply chain is faced with increasingly fierce market environment and dynamic and changeable customer demand. These phenomena further aggravate the dynamics and uncertainty of the supply chain. Therefore, how to quickly and effectively reduce the impact of disturbance events on the overall interests of the supply chain with minimal cost and disturbance, and restore the normal operation of the system is of great significance, which is also a problem that disruption management research is committed to solve. However, the current theoretical research is usually based on the "complete rationality" of human beings, ignoring the influence of behavioral factors. In reality, the negative idle work caused by anti-production behavior will worsen the production operation of enterprises, and then affect the whole supply chain scheduling, resulting in the loss of direct economic benefits. It has more theoretical application value to integrate the influence of behavioral factors into the interference management scheduling. Therefore,in order to overcome the shortcomings of the research hypothesis, this paper firstly uses system dynamics to dynamically evolve the influencing factors of anti-production behavior, analyses the role of key influencing factors and explores the deteriorating effect of production from the perspective of employee behavior, and then establishes the disruption management scheduling model and designs the solving algorithm. The details are elaborated as follows:For the problem of influencing factors analysis and deterioration measurement of anti-production behavior. In the aspect of influencing factors analysis, first of all, starting from the cognitive mechanism of behavior generation, combined with literature research, the main influencing factors and logical relationship of anti-production behavior phenomenon are summarized, and the system dynamics model is constructed. Then, the effect of influencing factors and management strategies is analyzed and put forward effective control strategies by using simulation software dynamic evolution. In the measurement of deterioration rate, considering the "bounded rationality" characteristics of employees, this paper analyses the key influencing factors of "job satisfaction",and measures the deterioration caused by job dissatisfaction based on the utility function of prospect theory and the fuzzy calculation method. The expressions of deterioration rate and processing time are constructed. In the two-stage service-manufacturing supply chain, for the supply chain scheduling problem under machine disturbance, based on the disruption management theory, considering the dissatisfaction caused by disturbance events to employees' psychology, and then showing the deterioration caused by anti-production behavior,a disruption management scheduling model of manufacturing supply chain considering behavior is constructed. In order to solve the model,a HPSO-R algorithm based on random neighborhood search mechanism is designed. The experimental results show that the algorithm is effective for solving such problems.
