The motion response of offshore structures in wind,wave and current environment is always one of the key issues in industry and academia.Because of the complexity of ocean environment,as well as the limitation of the equipment,the wave basin is the key way to carry out the research work of ocean engineering.Based on the urgent need of the construction and development of ocean engineering,aiming at solving the problems of immature technology and imperfect function of wave basin construction at present,Dalian University of Technology plans to establish a new type of ocean engineering experimental base with better function and more mature technology.Based on the project of deep water engineering innovation experimental base of Dalian University of Technology,this thesis mainly focuses on the optimization of floating bottom traction system of deep water wave basin.Firstly,aiming at the functional requirements of floating bottom structures,the working principle of its implementation is studied.Then,the three dimensional model of combined type of floating bottom is established by using the ANSYS software,and a scheme of multi lifting points arranging wire rope is designed.The effects of different lifting point schemes on the floating bottom are compared,and the balance of floating bottom,the displacement of floating bottom,the strength of wire rope are investigated.The optimal lifting point scheme is obtained through the analysis and comparison.Then,the three dimensional model of laboratory winch drum is established,and the influence of rope on the load-bearing capacity of winch drum are investigated.By changing the number of wire rope winding layers,the strength requirements of winch drum is verified.Through the optimization analysis of floating bottom traction system in the deep water wave basin,it can be seen that the strength of floating bottom and its traction system are within the acceptable range,and the floating bottom can work safely and reliably,and then an optimization scheme is also proposed.This thesis is expected to provide new ideas for the design and optimization of floating bottom in the deep wave basin of ocean engineering,and to provide decision-making reference for the construction of new ocean engineering experimental base.
