Diet is one of the main behavior of porcine.The diet of porcine is an important basis for judging their health.Usually,healthy pigs are gluttonous and sleepy.If they are sick,they will appear inappetence and even refuse to eat.Therefore,monitoring the porcine condition of diet is of great significance to pig breeding.At present,breeding of porcine mainly recording dietary data manually,which takes a lot of manpower and material resources.The obtained data is greatly inaccurate,which cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of large-scale and intensive porcine industry.With the advancement of science and technology,digital breeding has become the development trend of breeding industry.The application of ultrasonic testing technology to the porcine breeding industry has become a new research direction.To achieve to monitoring of porcine dietary,monitoring and abnormal judgment of porcine diet condition based on ultrasonic detection is proposed.Firstly,the monitoring system of porcine diet condition based on ultrasonic detection is designed.Then,the system is used to collect the times and duration of the porcine diet in real time.The daily times and duration of the porcine diet were used to judge the abnormality of porcine.The main research contents of this paper including.(1)To monitor the porcine condition of diet,the porcine diet monitoring system based on ultrasonic detection is designed.The model selecting of hardware structure and software of each module are designed,the main chip of the ultrasonic transmitter module and receiver module use STC12LE5612 AD in this system.In this system,the distance between transmitter and receiver of ultrasonic is measured by TDOA,and the stability of ultrasonic ranging error is analyzed.(2)To accurately detect the times of porcine diet,By analyzing the main factors influence the threshold value,the range measuring method was used to dynamically determine the threshold value.To judge the direction of the porcine inward or outward the diet area,according to the sequence of measured distance changes,an ultrasonic transmitter module and two receiver modules are used to judge the direction of the porcine inward or outward the diet area.(3)According to the long-term monitoring porcine dietary data,the porcine dietary data is obtained.Support vector data description(SVDD)parameters are determined artificially based on training data and experimental results,which has a great impact on anomaly detection results.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was used to optimize the penalty factor and kernel function parameter of Support vector data description(SVDD)in this paper,and the PSO-SVDD porcine dietary status judgment model was obtained which is used to judge the abnormality of the times and duration of the porcine dietary.(4)To display the porcine dietary data,real-time,accurate and stable display,the monitoring interface of host computer which is simple,intuitive and friendly is designed to record,store,display trend,alarm abnormity of porcine dietary data and condition of porcine.The porcine dietary condition monitoring system is upgraded from manual observation to intellectualized judgement.It provides the basis for the automatic pig breeding.
