With the development of industry,agriculture and urbanization,the pollution of heavy metal in lake is becoming more and more serious.The protection of Dongting Lake is attracting more and more attention.9 sampling points were selected,while Corbicula fluminea and sediment were chosen as the target of research,and the heavy metals were monitored.C.fluminea and sediment samples were collected from Lake Dongting during 2017,and concentrations of Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,As in the samples were measured.We study the heavy metal Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,As in C.fluminea and sediment samples.We analyzed the correlation coefficient between the concentration of heavy metal in C.fluminea and sediment.The risk of heavy metal is estimated.The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of C.fluminea as a biomonitor of heavy metal pollution and provide support of technical date for heavy metal pollution in Lake Doting.The results are as follows:1.The ability of heavy metal accumulation of C.fluminea is Zn>Cu>As> Cd>Cr.2.The heavy metal in C.fluminea is estimated by MPI.The highest RI degree is NZS,the next is BS,XY.3.The order of the heavy metal in sediment is Zn>Cr>Cu>As>Cd.The average concentrations of Cu,Cr did not exceed the standards of Class I of environmental quality standard for soils in China;the average concentrations of Zn were between the standards of Class I and the standards of Class II of the standard;the average concentrations of Cd was exceed the standards of Class II of the standard;The average concentrations of As did not exceed the standards of Class ? of the standard.4.The potential ecological risk is estimated by Potential ecological risk index.the order of the risk of potential ecological is Cd>As>Cu>Cr>Zn,XY>NZS>YTZ>BS>DT>ZQZ> CLJ>MCJ>YWH.5.We count the hazard quotient of C.fluminea,there is a certain health risk after eating C.fluminea.6.There is an inconspicuous relationship between the accumulation of the C.fluminea and sediment.
