In recent years,the rapid development of industrialization has brought severe tests and threats to ecological environment,and the importance of sustainable development has risen to an unprecedented height.As one of the industries with high energy consumption,there is an emergency need to save energy and reduce emission for the construction industry.At present,building industrialization has become an important way to realize the sustainable development of the construction industry.As the basic form of industrialized buildings,the quality of the prefabricated components' production plan has an important influence on the construction quality and construction plan of industrialized buildings.In addition,from the perspective of sustainable development,prefabricated components can be seen as a new type of building material under the building industrialization.Carbon emissions from prefabricated components account for large proportion in carbon emissions from the construction stage of industrialized buildings.As a result,monitoring and regulating carbon emissions from prefabricated components is the most important emission.Existing majority studies of the production managements in prefabricated component plants are based on experience,and have some problems such as extensive management resource waste,quality defect,delivery delay,environmental pollution,high cost and some other problems.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on the production management of prefabricated components in the factory.The optimization target is the production time and cost,as well as the carbon emissions generated during the production.At present,most researches on carbon emission of industrialized buildings mainly focus on the whole life cycle of buildings,which leads to rough accounting of carbon emissions from prefabricated components.As a result verifies the calculation boundary,identifies the carbon source,and proposes a more accurate and feasible accounting method for the carbon emission of prefabricated components in the factory,with help of PLCA theory.In this way,we can provide accurate and reliable data for subsequent model operation.With the help of multi-objective optimization theory and combinatorial optimization theory,this paper transforms the production optimization problem of prefabricated components into a multi-objective traveling salesman problem(MOTSP).This paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model based on the production time,cost and carbon emission of prefabricated components,and uses Pareto solution to represent the optimal solution.This paper changes optimization target to dimensionless parameter with relative deviation degree theory.In this paper,the aggregation function method is used to construct the comprehensive objective function,which means the evalution index,and transforms the multi-objective optimization problem into a single-objective optimization problem.At the same time,the random dynamic weight is given to the comprehensive objective function to expand the search scope,avoid getting suck in the local optimum and improve randomness.This paper uses the ant colony algorithm to solve the problem with the help of the Matlab.At the same time,this paper takes a prefabricated component factory in China as a sample.This paper collects original data through field investigation,quantifies research objects and calculates parameters.Compared with the original production data,each evaluation index has improved after the optimization.What's more,the algorithm has also proved to be convergent and feasible.The research of this paper can provide a set of solutions for the decision-makers in the prefabricated components factory.The decision makers can choose the optimal decision scheme according to the actual situation,and direct the production of the components in the factory to obtain more benefits.At the same time,this paper can enrich existing domestic researches on prefabricated components and prefabricated buildings.In addition,the carbon emission quantification method of prefabricated components in this paper can also provide some theoretical references for carbon emission quantification of prefabricated buildings.
