The complex geological structure,the active new tectonic movement,and the strong water erosion of Xiaojiang formed the steep topography of Dongchuan.The Kunyang Group stratum formed a large number of solid source materials under intense weathering,which was stimulated by heavy rain.Under the formation of a large number of debris flow geological relics.The Dongchuan Debris Flow National Geological Park has successfully declared the country's first national geological park with the debris flow geological relics as the main landscape.After the successful declaration of the park,it is necessary to enter the stage of planning and construction.This paper is to complete the writing of this paper with the construction of the most difficult and most important explanation system in planning and construction.Based on the overall planning and layout of Dongchuan Debris Flow Geopark,this paper designs 7 popular science functional areas and 4 popular science tour lines of Dongchuan Debris Flow Geopark in combination with the actual space,type characteristics and existing infrastructure layout of the relic points.At the same time,summarizing the previous research experience of the interpretation system,based on system theory,geology,aesthetics,philosophy,safety,and other related disciplines,created a geological park benign sustainable development interpretation system.The system consists of three steps of three procedures: the management program,the explanation program,and the acceptance program.The management program includes two steps of “management” and “feedback”,which is the guarantee of the interpretation system,and undertakes the planning,construction,management and maintenance of the interpretation system;the interpretation process includes “preferred”,“refined” and “expressed”.The steps are to explain the core of the system,“preferentially” the appropriate interpretation target,“refining” the knowledge of the earth science contained in it,compiling scientific and rigorous interpretation content,and then selecting the appropriate “expression” medium to form a perfect interpretation result;Entering the acceptance process,the results of the interpretation process are prepared for the tourists of the geological park “acceptance” party – the “acceptance” visitors are the key to the interpretation system.After the “acceptance” is completed,the tourists can The feelings and opinions are reflected in the “management” side of the park through the “feedback” step,and finally complete an interoperable,benign cycle,complete and efficient interpretation system.With the benign sustainable development interpretation system as the framework,combined with the "speciality" of the debris flow landscape(the debris flow geological relics have the dual attributes of geological relics and geological disasters),the focus of the park is the focus,the application of "3S" technology(GPS,RS,GIS three integrated technology),using MapGis,ArcGis,DGSS(Digital Geological Survey System),Photoshop and other software,as much as possible to "manage","preferred","refined" the geological resources of the Dongchuan Debris Flow National Geological Park "," "Expression","Accept" and "Feedback" provide substantive advice for the construction of the Dongchuan Debris Flow National Geological Park Interpretation System.In the "Preferred" step,using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),using yaahp software The preferred model,in the planning of the interpretation system,keeps pace with the times as much as possible,plans to use modern technologies such as AR and VR,and proposes novel construction ideas such as the “Small River Basin Debris Flow Qingming River Map” constructed by the museum,and also combines funds.Actually,the construction of batches is proposed,for example,three batches in the information construction.Line construction,the science Interpretation System Dongchuan mudslides National Geopark can achieve stronger,substantive reference for the construction of the future park.
