Ultrasonic-assisted cutting technology has obvious technological advantages in the field of precision machining.As the manufacturing industry continues to advance toward high,fine,micro and sharp directions,the research on ultrasonic assisted cutting technology has gradually advanced from one dimension to multidimensional,due to ultrasound.The spatial trajectory of the tool tip of the vibration assisted cutting work directly affects the microscopic topography of the workpiece surface.In order to achieve precise control of the tool nose trajectory,this paper proposes a power type threedimensional that can accurately adjust,phase,and adjust the power.The ultrasonic drive system was designed and a three-dimensional ultrasonic vibration working head was designed to verify its performance.The power type three-dimensional ultrasonic drive system is composed of a control module and a main circuit,and is a high-frequency,precision device.The control module is the key point and key of its design.In order to meet the performance requirements of the ultrasonic drive system,the hardware and software design of the control module based on STM32F103RCT6+AD9959+UCC3895 was completed.The AD9959 is a signal generation chip based on DDS technology,which can output three-channel control signals with precise frequency modulation and phase modulation.The UCC3895 is a phase-shifted full-bridge controller that implements PS-PWM(phase shift pulse width)modulation in combination with an inverter circuit.At the same time,it also provides hardware support for the zero-voltage(ZVS)soft switch of the inverter power switch tube,which effectively reduces the switching loss and electromagnetic interference;in addition,the constant power control function based on the average current type control principle is also Combined with UCC3895,the circuit is simple,real-time and reliable.STM32F103RCT6 is the main control chip of the control module for frequency,phase and power setting and display.In order to ensure the normal operation of the control module,the output signal of each link is tested by the four-channel oscilloscope after the design is completed.The test results show that the control module can basically realize the three-channel output frequency modulation,phase modulation and modulation of the power type three-dimensional ultrasonic drive system.The small signal of the output of the control module is converted into a driving signal of the same frequency,high voltage and large current through the main circuit to drive the ultrasonic vibrator.In this paper,the ZVS full-bridge inverter circuit with overcurrent protection is designed.The high-frequency transformer is designed to calculate the matching inductance calculation formula of the load matching circuit.In addition,overvoltage,overcurrent and surge protection functions and EMI are designed.Filter function rectification filter circuit.In order to verify the performance of the power-type three-dimensional ultrasonic drive system,a three-dimensional ultrasonic vibration working head was designed,and the amplitude test and cutting experiment were carried out.When the frequency is 28 kHz and the power is set at 90%,the amplitude of a single ultrasonic vibrator can reach 8 ?m,which basically meets the design requirements.During the cutting process,a complete and clear ultrasonic vibration mark appeared on the surface of the workpiece.The test results showed that the surface roughness of the parts after machining was different due to the different vibration modes.
