As a clean energy source,coal biomethane has a very good application prospect and plays an increasingly important role in the global energy structure.It is an insurmountable bridge from the traditional fossil energy to clean energy conversion.Therefore,on coal The research of biomethane has important significance in resource utilization and economic development.In this paper,bio-methane experiments were carried out on China's Shanxi lignite using domestic anaerobic sludge as an exogenous flora.Through the enrichment and domestication of anaerobic sludge,the high-efficiency microbial biomass of methane degradation was obtained,and the optimal growth conditions were determined.The lignite was pretreated with H2O2 solution to increase methane production.By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry?GC-MS?analysis and high performance liquid chromatography were used to analyze the intermediate metabolites of anaerobic sludge degradation in lignite methanogenesis.The flora structure of the flora was analyzed by 16S rRNA technique.The study found:?1?Obtaining high-efficiency microbial biomass of anaerobic sludge degradation of lignite,optimal culture conditions:temperature is 35°C,pH=7,coal particle size is 120-140 mesh,coal addition is 2 g,final methane production is 172.38?mol.?2?Optimal pretreatment method:30% H2O2 solution pretreated brown coal for 15h,and the methane yield was 211.58?mol,which was 22.7%higher than that of untreated lignite coal.?3?A total of 42 compounds were detected by GC-MS.Among them,there were 15 kinds of alkane compounds,10 kinds of ketone compounds,7 kinds of ester compounds,3 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,and 2 kinds of aldehyde compounds.There are two kinds of phenolic compounds,one kind of amine compounds,and one type of alcohol compounds.?4?There is a negative correlation between the yield of methane and the volatile organic acid content of lignite?y=-0.585x+183.49964?,R2=0.96589.As the volatile organic acid is consumed by methanogens,methane production is increasing..?5?Analyze the structure of anaerobic sludge bacteria by 16S rRNA,which has the ability to degrade methane from methane production,and the metabolic mode is acetic acid fermentation.Among them,a total of 18 bacterial gates were detected,namely actinomycetes,thick-walled bacteria,Bacteroides,spirals,mutual bacteria,Proteobacteria,Thermocab,Thermophilus,Bacillus Door,armored bacteria,soft wall bacteria,sputum microphylaxis,chlorobacteria,TM6dependentiae,aminicenantes,candidatus berkelbacteria,atribacteria,cloacimonetes,WS6,parcubacteria,unclassifiedKnorank,a total of 8 archaea were detected,respectively Miscellaneous Euryarchaeotic Group MEG,woesearchaeota DHVEG-6,Phytophthora,Diapherotrites,Candidate division YNPFFA,Deep Archaea,WSA2,unclassified norank.
