In China's energy structure,coal holds an important position.Drilling plays an indispensable role during the daily mining of coal mines.It can not only detect relevant geological conditions of production process,but also provides relevant measures for protection in solve the problem of safe production in coal mines.With the continuous advancement of coal mine production mechanization technology,in order to improve the efficiency of coal mining in daily production and the accuracy of the data obtained by drilling,the trajectory of the drilling space is required to be expressed intuitively.With the development of the application of measurement-by-drilling measurement system technology in underground coal mines,due to the complex application environment of underground coal mines,it has brought a lot of inconvenience to the measurement of drilling,such as narrow drilling space,serious electromagnetic interference,working environment of flammable and explosive.In the process of measurement,there will be data problems such as low accuracy of data,low measurement point data,old and cumbersome ports,poor portability,poor interactive software,and cumbersome operations and so on.This study combines the principles in the measurement while drilling system and uses the relevant technologies in inertial navigation to apply the intrinsically safe power supply to the special application environment of coal mines and design a set of measurement while drilling system suitable for the downhole of coal mines.Measure the short-hand and mouth-end handheld devices.The measurement short section is a storage type measuring device.The drill pipe is measured in real time during the coal mining process,and the measurement point data is recorded in the memory.The port-end device adopts the embedded WinCE system,and its main functions are data communication,data processing,data storage,and data display.The system carries out relevant error processing on the measured data,which can ensure its accuracy,reduce system cost,increase its portability,realize the measurement of coal mine drilling process,and greatly improve the mining efficiency in coal mine production.
