With four discoveries in astronomy in the 1960 s,the study of Active Galactic Nuclei(AGN)has become one of the most important fields in understanding the universe.With the development of AGN research,many studies have been developed rapidly,such as observational astronomy,astrophysics,information optics and so on.Blazar,as an important subclass of AGN,exhibits variability characteristics in all frequency and time domains.The study of variability of blazar is helpful to understand the essence of AGN.S5 0716+714 is one of the widely studied blazar object.It is classified as typical BL Lac type objects.The study of the microvariability of S5 0716+714 is of great significance to the small-scale structure's study and physical modeling of AGN jet.In exploring the small-scale structure and physical model of the jet,it is important to study the micro-variability of S5 0716+714.The 1.0m telescope at Weihai Observatory of Shandong University has observed more than 20 AGN objects in optical multi-frequency since 2009.Based on the diverse observation requirements in actual observation,the author designed a set of automatic layout of observation plan process based on the analysis of optical system and various influencing factors and observation conditions in observation activities,which lays the foundation for the improvement of observation efficiency and automation.The author used the I,R and V band data of S5 0716 + 714 from 2009 to2018.By sorting and analyzing the observed data of S5 0716+714,the author concludes intra-day light curves in I,R and V bands which can be used in the study of micro-variability.Based on the model of turbulence in the jet,the micro-variability light curves are considered to be the result of the interaction of all the turbulent cells and the background laminar flow in the jet.By deriving the waveform of synchrotron radiation flare generated by the turbulence model and the influence of different parameters,it is related to the actual observation data to study the origin of the micro-variability and the characteristics of turbulence.Based on this theoretical model,author decomposes the observed micro-variability light curves intoindependent flares and obtain their parameters by a set of methods that automatically fit the flare.The author compares the results of the fitting and compare them with theoretical analysis to discuss some turbulence characteristics.Furthermore,it is concluded that the time delay between the micro-variability light curves of different bands may be due to the time delay between flares.
