The electrical coupling properties between nerve cells and micro-nano structured arrays play a crucial role in the research of life sciences and the development of new biomolecular electronic devices.Neuronal cells are characterized by electrochemical activity,nanoscale size and structural stability.These unique intrinsic properties make them an excellent representative model for the research of new generation molecular electronic materials.Studies on the changes in the growth behavior of nerve cells on micro-nano structure arrays and the electrical coupling properties between them are particularly attractive.Atomic Force Microscope(AFM)nanomanipulation technology is a popular tool in life science research.High-resolution imaging and electrical property measurements make it an important application in nanomedicine,biocytochemistry,and molecular biology.Since the 1960 s,the response of cells to micro-nanostructured array substrates has been confirmed and highly valued by researchers.The study found that the micro-nano structure array substrate is closely related to cell adhesion,morphological spreading,alignment,proliferation and apoptosis.In this paper,the micro-nano structure arrays of different sizes were fabricated by electron beam lithography and metal film stripping technology.Then,the cell-based electrical characteristics detection system based on AFM nano-manipulation was used to measure the neural cells cultured in the structure.The regulation of the biological behavior of nerve cells can indirectly regulate the electrical coupling properties between the structure and cells.Next,after changing the bias voltage,multiple sets of measurement data were obtained to plot the I-V curve,and the dielectric strength of the nerve cells was estimated.Finally,the electron transfer model of the interface is established based on the theory of electron transfer.
