Research On Optimum Design Of Air-rail Intermodal Transport Hub Network Under The Background Of CRH Express

In recent years,e-commerce has developed rapidly in China,which has brought about the vigorous development of express transportation industry.In 2014,China completed 13.96 billion express delivery business,making China the world's largest express delivery country.In 2017,the cumulative express delivery volume in the whole year of China exceeded 40 billion pieces.At present,The volume of express delivery in China still maintains nearly 30% growth.With the development of e-commerce and the rapid growth of express business demand,express enterprises are facing challenges.Therefore,it is particularly important to innovate freight transport mode and effectively integrate the advantages of various transport modes.The characteristics of small volume,high value and high timeliness of express delivery products fully conform to the market positioning of high-speed rail freight and air freight.Aiming at the huge market demand of express delivery,Chinese railway freight transport enterprises and air transport enterprises actively enter the express service market.In this context,airrail intermodal transport,which combines the timeliness of air transport with the stability of railway transport,is just the right time to emerge in the field of freight transport.At present,the research and operation of Air-Rail intermodal transportation mainly focus on passenger transport,while the research and actual operation of cargo transport are less.This paper will study the air-rail intermodal transport under the background of high-speed rail transportation from macro-network planning and micro-hub operation.(1)Macroscopic aspect:In the air-rail intermodal transport scenario,considering the operation of high-speed railway,the optimization network model of air-rail transport is designed to solve the problems of hub facility location,transportation route optimization and transportation mode selection.(2)Microcosmic aspect:Considering the actual operation of air cargo hub,this paper solves the problem of flight scheduling and flight path under high-speed railway time window at the hub level,and optimizes and adjusts the macro-network from the perspective of micro-operation,so as to further enhance the feasibility of the study.
