Marine hydrometeorological information is an important element of marine dynamic environmental monitoring.It has important scientific significance in the three-dimensional monitoring of marine environment,global weather analysis,prediction and forecasting,and marine transportation.Merchant ships record hydrometeorological observations on Deck log book.Since the Earth's ocean area is much larger than that of land,hydrometeorological observations of marine merchant ships can be used as an important supplement to the Global Meteorological and Hydrological Observation Network.These data not only provide forecasting staff with more meteorological and hydrological fact data,but also provide a basis for forecasting staff to verify their forecasts.The current collection and application of commercial ship hydrometeorological observation data in China is quite different from that in developed countries.The quality of hydrological and meteorological data measured by commercial ships is not high,and the forecasting staff basically does not accept the ship observation data.This situation has a lot to do with domestic related policies and the lack of ship hydrometeorological data in terms of data quality evaluation and quality control.In order to improve the application environment of hydrological meteorological observation data of ships,the Science and Technology Department of the State Oceanic Administration carried out the "National Programme on Global Change and Air-Sea Interaction",to integrating and standardizing the historical marine meteorological data from COSCO.Based on the project research,this paper collects the Deck log book during the summer(July-September)period of 2015-2018 when the ship sails through the Malacca Strait.Taking the measured wind speed data of the ship as the research object.First of all,select the wind speed observation data of the coastal land meteorological station and the ASCAT scatterometer.Used as a reference for the vehicles' measured wind speed data evaluation,creating a wind speed synchronous observation data set.Next,evaluated the vehicles' measured wind speed data from the statistical characteristics,distribution differences and correlations of the two reference data.Finally,analyzed the regression relationship between the measured wind speed and the ASCAT wind field data,establishing wind speed data screening model is as the core of the data screening based on regression analyze.Evaluating the screening model through the example application.This paper verifies the authenticity of the vehicles 'measured wind speed data by comparing the vehicles' measured wind speed with the grade distribution of the observed wind speed at the land weather station,and the distribution law is consistent with the understanding of the sea-land wind level difference in meteorological research.By analyzing the vehicles 'measured wind speed and ASCAT scatterometer data,it is verified that there is a strong positive linear correlation between the two data,which confirms the validity of the vehicles' measured wind speed data to some extent.Through the example application of the screening model,the vehicles' measured wind speed data is screened,and the quality control of the data is realized.
