In recent years, the research on complex networks has developed rapidly, and its research has mainly focused on the analysis of network topology and dynamic processes on the networks.Research on the dynamics of information propagation on complex networks is also one of the hot topics in networks propagation researches. With the advent of the information age, people are spreading and communicating information on social networks, such as the spread of knowledge, word of mouth, rumors, and cyber violence. How to promote the dissemination of favorable information and suppress the dissemination of harmful information has more practical significance for people's lives,so it is very important to study the information dissemination mechanism.Based on the theory of complex networks, this paper analyzes the factors and dynamics of information dissemination in social networks.Since the scale-free network can more vividly reflect the social networks in the real world, combining with the actual information transmission mechanism and specific conditions,we have established several new types of information transmission dynamics models based on the scale-free networks. The detailed researches and analysis about the proposed models are carried out,and the conclusions are found to be consistent with the information transmission phenomenon in real life. The main work and innovation of this paper include the following aspects:1. The emergence and development of social networks not only provide learners with a broad learning environment, but also provide a good platform for the widespread and rapid dissemination of knowledge. In order to study the knowledge transmission mechanism in social networks and the differences in people's cognitive behavior,a new type of ILSFI?Ignoramus-Learner-Spreader-Forgetter-Ignoramus?knowledge transmission dynamic model based on scale-free networks is proposed.According to the mean-field theory and the next generation matrix method, the model is established, the basic reproductive numberR0 and equilibriums of the model are calculated. We analyze he influence of people's different learning interests and the benefit degree of knowledge on knowledge transmission. It is found that the dynamics of knowledge transmission in social networks depends on the basic reproductive number, and the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.2. In order to deeply understand the spread of word-of-mouth information, and we consider people's interest in making consumer evaluations when shopping to analyze the impact of commentary on the study of information transmission Dynamics,a new type of SIALS?Susceptible-Infected-Acknowledged-Loath-Susceptible?word-of-mouth communication model is established based on scale-free networks. The spread process, the heterogeneity of the networks and the impact of consumer evaluations on the spread of word-of-mouth information are detailed analyzed.Through mathematical analysis,we have obtained the basic reproductive numberR0 and equilibriums of the established model, and we also prove the global asymptotic stability of the WOM?word-of-mouth?-prevailing equilibrium and WOM?word-of-mouth?-disappearance equilibrium. We found that the dynamics of word-of-mouth information transmission are closely related to the basic reproductive number. When the basic reproductive number0R?27?1,regardless of the initial value of the spreaders of word-of-mouth to the total population of the community, the spread of word-of-mouth information will eventually disappear in the networks. When the basic reproductive number0R?29?1,word-of-mouth information dissemination is persistent. In other words,no matter what the initial value of the spreaders of word-of-mouth to the total population of the community,word-of-mouth dissemination eventually becomes a universal phenomenon. The research finds that the larger the consumption evaluation parameter is,the more it is helpful to spread word-of-mouth information. And increasing the consumption evaluation parameter can expand the scope of word-of-mouth communication.3. In order to study the characteristics of the spread of cyber violence, combining the actual situation, considering the differences of people's cognitive behavior, external interference and the heterogeneity of online social networks,a new type of SRCFE?Susceptible-Reader-Commentator-Forwarder-Educatee?cyber violence transmission model, which explores how cyber violence spreads on social networks in detail.Through mathematical analysis, the basic reproductive numberR0 and equilibriums of the model are obtained. And the influences of the heterogeneity of networks structures, the basic reproductive number and external interference on the spread ofcyber violence information are studied in depth. The global asymptotic stability of the cyber violence free equilibrium, the persistence of the spread of cyber violence, and the global attractivity of cyber violence prevailing equilibrium are proved in detail. And numerical simulations confirm the analytical results. The paper also studies the government's intervention measures on the spread of cyber violence. We find that the education rate parameter can help suppress the spread of cyber violence incidents, and increasing this parameter can reduce the spread of cyber violence. This research is of great significance for managing and controlling the spread of cyber violence in social networks.
