The Yunluheba Lead-Zinc Mine in Guizhou is located in the southwestern margin of the Yangtze Block and belongs to the Upper Yangtze metallogenic sub-area of the Yangtze quasi-platform,which is an important part of Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou lead-zinc polymetallic mining area.The NNE strike Shimen fault zone is the most developed tectonic zone in the area,with complex structures and various styles.The development of folds and faults combined with lithology and other factors provide necessary and favorable conditions for ore formation,play a role in guiding ore-forming material,and also determine the distribution characteristics and morphology of the ore body.There are a series of prospecting signs such as regional structural signs,mining area structural signs,stratigraphic signs,lithological signs,surrounding rock alteration signs,geochemical signs,geophysical signs and so on.In this study,MRAS software was used to screen out eight predictive factors for ore-controlling anticlines,structural junctions,fault density,ore-bearing construction,ore sites,ore site density,alteration zones,and geochemical anomalies.The four types of predictive factors;ore structure,ore-bearing construction,known lead-zinc deposits(points),and geochemical anomalies are closely related to lead-zinc ore mineralization.Through the extraction,selection,and construction of predictive variables to determine the role and contribution of various ore-controlling factors,and 8 metallogenic potential areas such as Yunluoheba,Yujiayan,Tangjiapingzi,Houziyan,Lekai,Daheishan,Xiaoshiqiao,Yueliangdong were identified.Based on this,four lead and zinc prospecting areas of Yunluheba-Yujiayan,Tangjiapingzi-Monkey Rock,Lekai,Daheishan-Xiaoshiqiao were further delineated.Preliminary verification of heavy mountain engineering was carried out in the predicted Yunluheba-Yujiayan lead-zinc prospecting area(Class A),exposing one layer of lead-zinc alteration zone and three layers of lead-zinc orebody.This study is to understand the genesis of lead-zinc deposits in this area,and to provide new prospecting ideas and directions for prospecting and exploration work in this area.
