With the popularization of intelligent terminals, the emergence of various new services that consume traffic, and the emergence of new application scenarios, the terminal rate has also proliferated, and the technical improvement is imminent. The arrival of the 5G era has effectively eased the pressure on the entire mobile communication network, ensured the quality of user service, improved the reliability of the system, and realized the massive connection of the terminal. However, due to the limited spectrum resources,we need to continue to dig deep into new spectrum resources.Although the current low-frequency resources have been fully allocated, some unlicensed spectrum and 60 GHz high-spectrum resources still have deep value. In this paper, the coexistence mechanism of unlicensed spectrum in small cell and Wi-Fi system, and subchannel allocation and power allocation under 60 GHz Millimeter wave access two-layer heterogeneous network are studied and excavated. In this paper, the main contents of in-depth research include the following:1)Briefly describes the background and significance of the topic, and gives a detailed introduction to the technical points and mathematical methods used in the following paper.2)A small cell base station which can work in both licensed and unlicensed bands is introduced. The mechanism of sharing unlicensed bands between small cell and Wi-Fi system is studied.Based on maximizing the energy efficiency of the whole network and considering the constraints of user quality of service and co-frequency interference. The subchannel and power are taken as two components of the auxiliary variable of the utility function of the alternating direction multiplier method(ADMM)to simplify the problem, and a set of corresponding optimization solutions can be obtained simultaneously.3)Subchannel allocation and power control in millimeter wave(mmWave)based radio access networks are studied.Base-station side buffering, minimum SNR requirements, interference suppression at the same layer and maximization of system energy efficiency are also considered. The power control problem is explored by alternating direction multiplier method(ADMM),and a subchannel allocation algorithm is proposed.
