The Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration is a key area for China's next development and going to the world. The expansion of the key economic zones represented by the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is imminent. The distribution area of The Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration is used as the research area, and the active faults in the area are determined by remote sensing interpretation through multiple remote sensing interpretation methods in this paper,.At the same time, combined with the earthquake occurrence and geotechnical properties in the study area, the stability of the earth's crust provides relevant professional advice for the next stage of expansion of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. On the basis of systematically collating previous work and historical data, combined with the latest high-resolution image data ETM image(15m resolution),DEM elevation image(30m resolution)and some field work,The distribution of major faults and regional seismicity in the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration were studied systematically and synthetically, focusing on the detailed interpretation of the 8 tectonic belts affecting major cities. At the same time, the remote sensing interpretation mark of each tectonic zone is marked on the remote sensing map.Fuzzy mathematics is applied to the factors that affect the crustal stability in the area, combined with previous experience formulas, each factor is classified and indexed, and the cell division of the study area is carried out on the basis of determining the membership function of each element.Using AHP(the means of analytic hierarchy process),supplemented by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of 1105 discrete cells in the Yangtze River Delta region was carried out,and finally the region was quantitatively evaluated.By analyzing the basic overview of the study area, the study area is divided into four stable levels: relatively stable region, relatively stable area, relatively unstable area and relatively unstable region. The thesis show results as follow: 1.The overall stability of the region is good.with relatively stable and relatively stable regions accounting for 78% of the whole research area, and the main factors affecting the stability of the crust in the region are faults and earthquakes.2.The proportion of relatively unstable regions in the area is small, which is caused by multiple active faults, frequent microseisms, stratigraphic characteristics and surface deformation caused by some manmade influences. The crustal stability of Huoshan area, central and eastern coastal areas of Jiangsu, and western of Anhui is relatively poor, and should be paid attention to in future urban expansion and project site selection. The evaluation results of the Lishui-Shaoxing area are relatively unstable areas, most of which are mountainous areas, which are prone to disasters and should be prevented.Tonglu County in Zhejiang Province,Huaibei City in Anhui Province,Wuwei County and Suining County in Jiangsu Province are affected by micro-seismic and hydropower stations, and the crustal stability is relatively unstable.During construction and completion inspection, human intervention should be strengthened.3.This article uses remote sensing to interpret and determine active faults.Based on the geographic location of fault intersections, comparative analysis shows that the characteristics of faults in the Jianghuai Plain are obvious.Combined with the occurrence of earthquakes in the region, the Tanlu that may affect the faults is affected. The fracture zone proposes further plans for earthquake prevention.4.Although there are no significant earthquakes and faults spread in Shanghai and the eastern coastal areas, they are located at the junction of plates.Once the earthquake loss is huge,it should be further planned and prevented.
