whistler mode waves is a right-handed polarized electromagnetic wave that exists widely in the planetary magnetosphere, the generation of whistler mode waves is generally related to the injection of energy electrons during the substorm.whistler mode waves play a very important role in the earth's radiation belts. It can accelerate particles to relativistic electrons,it can also absorb electron energy to achieve its own growth and sink the electrons to the atmosphere. Therefore, the study of whistler mode waves is very important for understanding the dynamic process and mechanism of the magnetosphere. In the observation, simulation and theoretical study of the whistler mode waves, the background plasma parameters play a key role in the linear and nonlinear excitation process of the whistler mode waves.in order to gain a deeper understanding of the effects of background plasma parameters on the linear to non-linear growth evolution of the whistler mode waves, this paper is based on the existing linear growth theory and nonlinear growth theory of whistler mode waves, the dipole magnetic field model and the background cold plasma density model suitable for the three planets of Jupiter,Saturn, and Earth are respectively used. The calculation of the specific magnetic field ratio Bc/B0 and background cold plasma density ratio Nc/N0 are used to explore the influence of background magnetic field and density changes on the linear to nonlinear evolution of the whistler mode waves.A detailed study of the effects of the different background plasma environments on the growth of whistler mode waves shows that the size of the background magnetic field and background density will have a relatively large impact on the generation and excitation of whistler mode waves.Increasing the background density and reducing the size of the background magnetic field will have a positive effect on the excitation of whistler mode waves, while increasing the size and decrease of the background magnetic field and background density will suppress the excitation of whistler mode waves. In addition, the size of the temperature anisotropy value AT also plays a critical role in the generation of whistler mode waves.
