Water resources are an important part of natural resources.It is not only the main factor affecting the ecological environment,but also the material basis restricting the development of socialization.With the progress of society and the development of industrialization,the problems of water shortage and pollution are becoming more and more serious.This not only threatens the safety of water in daily life,but also restricts the development of social industrialization and urbanization.Therefore,establishing an early warning system for water resources is an important method for rational use of water resources and an important means of regulating water resources management.In this paper,the research on the method and application of regional water resources warning is systematically carried out by taking the region as the research object.The main research results are as follows:(1)Research on regional water supply and demand.The water demand in this study mainly considers domestic water demand,industrial water demand and ecological water demand.Available water supply includes surface water,groundwater,passenger water and reclaimed water.Determined the balance between supply and demand.(2)Determination of regional warning lines and warning areas.In early warning,process early warning and point early warning are divided according to the way of early warning issuance;static early warning and dynamic early warning are divided according to whether or not precipitation is considered.Based on the balance between supply and demand,the warning line and warning area based on water quantity(point warning and process warning)and the warning line and warning area based on water quality and water quantity coupling were demarcated respectively,and the water supply strategy in two cases was also proposed.(3)Determination of regional water resources early warning water supply plan.This study proposed an early warning configuration plan for the simultaneous supply of water to the area by the reservoirs,multiple groundwater sources,multiple passenger water sources and multiple reclaimed water sources.Based on the water supply form at the water supply end,the regional early warning programs are divided into regional early warning programs for surface water(reservoir group)water supply,regional early warning programs for groundwater(multiple water source)water supply,and regional comprehensive water supply early warning programs.(4)The early warning method for regional water resources is two years.It briefly introduces the regional early warning method whose early warning period is non-flood season and early warning period is year.In the early warning period with a two-year warning period,the precipitation sequence is firstly checked for consistency,and then the Markov method is used to carry out the combined analysis of annual precipitation and determine the maximum transfer probability.Regional water supply plan.(5)Take the Dongcheng District of Jinan City as an example for early warning application of regional water resources.The non-flood season and two years are selected as the early warning period,and the configuration results based on water quantity and water quality and water quantity coupling are given.(6)The innovation of this article is given,and the existing problems and suggestions are pointed out.
