Long-term continuous cropping in the facility will lead to the occurrence of soil fax bacteria disease,which is closely related to the change of soil physical and chemical properties.Soil acidification will accelerate the propagation of pathogenic bacteria,inhibit the activity of some beneficial microorganisms,and increase the incidence of disease.How to relieve soil fungal diseases caused by continuous cropping by adjusting soil p H and improving soil environmental conditions has become an urgent problem to be solved,and studies have found that the application of alkaline amendments may reduce the harm of facility soil-borne diseases by adjusting the soil acidity and alkalinity.In this experiment,cucumber was used as the test material.Combining the pot test and the field test,the growth,yield,soil environment and cucumber in the continuous cropping soil of the facility were studied by potassium humate,silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer and activated sludge The impact of the occurrence of Fusarium wilt provides a practical basis for the application of soil amendments in facility vegetables.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The application of soil amendment has a significant effect on cucumber plant growth and field cucumber yield.In pot experiment 1,the growth promotion effect of silicon calcium potassium and magnesium fertilizer was higher than potassium humate;in pot experiment 2,the application of silicon calcium potassium and magnesium fertilizer and activated sludge alone and combination can promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,of which the single application has a better effect on the growth of potted cucumber seedlings than the combination;In field trials,the application of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer and the combined application of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer and activated sludge significantly promoted the growth of cucumber seedlings and increased the total cucumber yield.2.The application of soil amendments has a significant effect on the control of cucumber wilt.In the pot experiment,the application of calcium silicon magnesium potassium fertilizer significantly reduced the incidence of cucumber wilt,the application of potassium humate,calcium silicon magnesium potassium fertilizer,activated sludge and mud combined application of calcium silicon magnesium potassium fertilizer and activated sludge significantly reduced The disease index of cucumber wilt.3.Application of soil amendments can increase the p H of continuous cropping soil and reduce the soil EC value.In the pot experiment,the application of soil amendments reduced the content of alkali-decomposed nitrogen and available phosphorus in the soil,and the content of available potassium increased;in the field test,the content of alkalidecomposed nitrogen and available phosphorus in the soil were in the seedling stage and fruiting period Both during and during the seedling-raising period,the content of available potassium in the soil increased during the seedling stage and decreased during the fruit-bearing and seedling-raising periods.In the pot experiment,the activities of urease,neutral phosphatase and invertase in the soil decreased after applying potassium humate and calcium silicon magnesium potassium fertilizer,and the activity of urease and neutral phosphatase in the treated soil containing activated sludge Reduced,the activity of invertase increased;in the field test,after the application of soil amendments at the seedling stage and the seedling stage,the activities of urease and neutral phosphatase in the soil decreased,but the activity of invertase decreased at the seedling stage.Significantly improved during the seedling pulling period.In summary,the application of soil amendments can promote the growth of cucumber seedlings,increase cucumber yield,effectively reduce the incidence of cucumber wilt and disease index,and have significant differences in the effects of soil available nutrient content and soil enzyme activity.The comparison results of potted plants and field experiments show that the combined application of silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer and silicon calcium potassium magnesium fertilizer and activated sludge is of popularization value in facility vegetable production..
