Jack-up offshore platforms are most widely used in the development of Marine resources,but unstable seabed poses a great threat to the operation of the platforms.Under the insufficient bearing capacity of submarine foundation and the impact of sea waves on the platform,the pile leg is easy to form puncture,which leads to the damage of the sinking structure of the platform and causes great economic loss.There are few researches on the influence of foundation stability on the safety of offshore platforms.The main reason is that there is no corresponding platform settlement simulation mechanism to simulate the safety accidents,which leads to the lack of response methods for platforms in distress.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety performance of offshore platform under foundation settlement.In this paper,a foundation settlement system is designed for a simulated offshore platform on land,and the safety characteristics of offshore platforms are studied under the condition of foundation settlement.First of all,in order to verify the rationality of the foundation settlement system,the research group used AMESim hydraulic software to model and simulate the foundation settlement system,and designed the accumulator volume and preset pressure,the power motor of the hydraulic system,the weight of the platform,and different settlement signals,and optimized the setting parameters of the equipment through batch simulation.The results show that: when the simulated mass of the offshore platform is about 20000 kg,the loading capacity of the appropriate accumulator is 20 L,the preset pressure of the accumulator is about 6MPa,the system hydraulic motor speed is between 1800rev/ min-2400 rev /min,the hydraulic system is safe and stable,the platform settlement speed is stable,and the response speed is fast.In addition,the amplitude of the input signal has less influence on the settlement displacement of the platform and the stability of the hydraulic system than the frequency.The system simulation not only saves time but also reduces the cost of experiment and the scientificity of design.Then carry out experimental analysis and research,install hardware equipment such as foundation settlement experiment platform and sensor,connect sensor and computer communication,and analyze and save experimental data based on configuration software.The settlement displacement and slope Angle response analysis,settlement displacement and foundation pressure response analysis,slope Angle and foundation pressure response analysis are studied.The results show that the different foundation settlement on platform responding to change,single foundation subsidence of platform slope and foundation pressure is relatively small,with the edge foundation subsidence of platform slope and foundation stress,diagonal foundation subsidence of platform slope is affected but for ground pressure,three foundation sinking platform slope and foundation pressure have the greatest impact,is very dangerous.Finally,in order to reduce the noise interference in the process of foundation settlement under the complex real sea condition environment,a method of monitoring the settlement of ocean foundation based on kalman filter was proposed,and the modeling and simulation were carried out.
