Horizontal spiral centrifuge is widely used as solid-liquid separation equipment in various sectors of industrial and agricultural production,national defense,environmental protection and other fields.It is mainly used in the operation of dehydration,clarification,concentration,classification and separation of solid-liquid mixture(or slurry).With the gradual expansion of production scale,horizontal spiral centrifuge,as the key equipment of petrochemical enterprises,began to develop towards large and heavy scale.However,the large and heavy centrifuge used in China are basically foreign equipment,which is not in line with the requirements of domestic production of key equipment technology and equipment in the industry sector.The goal of this project is to design a horizontal spiral centrifuge,first to complete the structural design of horizontal spiral centrifuge,then horizontal spiral centrifuge critical stress intensity and life of the calculation of the structure or parts,the force analysis of these key parts so as to obtain the working stress and strain of the situation,to prepare for subsequent processing and manufacturing.During the structural design of horizontal spiral centrifuge,the key components such as drum,differential and screw conveyer are analyzed in detail,which greatly improves the production capacity and process efficiency of horizontal spiral centrifuge and improves the service life of the centrifuge using Solid Works Simulation plug-in three-dimensional model for finite element analysis of the key components,analyzes the stress and deformation situation of main body parts,to ensure its reliability,in the process of design and processing and manufacturing to increase its strength.Through to the horizontal spiral centrifuge drum,screw conveyor and differential structure design and parameters of key components in detail analysis and study,can improve the efficiency of the production capacity and technology of the horizontal spiral centrifuge,in preparation for the subsequent processing and manufacturing,but also the biggest increase the service life of the centrifuge,and provide theoretical basis for the research on the follow-up of the horizontal screw centrifuge,has certain reference value and practical value.
