Research On The Efficiency Evaluation Of Regional Logistics Industry From The Low-Carbon Perspective

Based on the theory of low-carbon economy,regional logistics and industrial efficiency,this paper takes Gansu Province as the research object,and on the basis of the logistics industry data from 2009 to 2018,studies the carbon efficiency of Gansu's logistics industry.Mainly starting with the construction of index system,the evaluation of logistics industry efficiency,and the improvement countermeasures,this paper uses correlation analysis method and analytic network process,constructed Three-stage DEA Malmquist model and Tobit model,puts forward suggestions for improving the logistics industry efficiency of Gansu Province.The main work that this paper has completed are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of the logistics industry efficiency is built.Based on the traditional production theory,starting with the perspectives of manpower,material,finance,output value,freight capacity,this paper carries out the initial selection of indicators,combined with the correlation analysis method andanalytic network process to rescreen the indicators,and finally builds the logistics industry efficiency evaluation index system.(2)The efficiency evaluation of logistics industry in Gansu Province.Using index system and Three-stage DEA Malmquist method,this paper evaluates Gansu's logistics industry efficiency from the static dynamic perspective.The evaluation result shows that the efficiency of logisticsindustry in Gansu Province is quite low,and the total factor productivity is declining.Influenced by the low scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency,the efficiency of logistics industry in Gansu Province cannot be improved.At the same time,environmental factors are the main factors affecting scale efficiency,which should be paid enough attention.(3)The analysis of the factors influencing the efficiency of logistics industry in Gansu Province.The Tobit model is built and used to be a method performed regression analysis of the influencing factors of logistics industry efficiency in Gansu Province.The regression results show that energy productivity,the degree of environmental regulation,the infrastructure construction,the network information construction,and industrial agglomeration has a strong impact on the efficiency of logistics industry in Gansu Province.(4)The suggestions to improve the efficiency of Gansu logistics industry are researched.Based on the calculation results of the Tobit model,starting from the aspects of strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen informatization construction,improve the level of industrial agglomeration,and make reasonable environmental regulations,the suggestions to improve the efficiency of Gansu logistics industry are researched.
