[Objective] To investigate the herbicidal synergism of biomass vinegar,the regulation of soil p H and seed germination and seedling growth,and the effect of carbon vinegar mixed compost on plant growth.[Methods](1)Different concentrations of FGM673,silicone 408,FGM683 and OP10 emulsifiers were added to test the effects of different time on the surface tension values of bamboo,wood and straw vinegar.(2)Inject the wood vinegar stock solution,100-fold dilution,and water as a control in the test field to investigate the change in soil p H.(3)Test the corn seeds were immersed in different concentrations of wood vinegar with dilution factors of 500,400,300,200 and 100.30 m L of soaking solution and 50 corn seeds were used in each group,and germination rate,germination index and germination potential were calculated after 6 days.(4)Establish 2 groups of comparative tests for a total of 10 treatment areas for research: 1)Mix bamboo powder and bamboo charcoal at a fixed ratio of 7:3,respectively,at 0,10,20,30,40,50%(by weight).Add to the original soil.2)Bamboo powder and bamboo charcoal are mixed in the ratio of 10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7,and 0:10,and will be added to the original soil with a fixed weight of 30%.(5)Pot experiments were carried out,and CK,BC,WV and BCW showed the combined treatment of distilled water,biochar,wood vinegar and biochar and wood vinegar,respectively.The effects on cucumber plant height,root length,root volume and root tip were tested.[Results] The results of this study are as follows:(1)The effect of agricultural additives on reducing the surface tension of biomass vinegar is FGM673> organosilicon 408> FGM683> OP10 emulsifier;the most suitable concentration of additives is0.1%-0.2%;the effect of agricultural additives on the surface tension of wood vinegar is remarkable;the mixture is most suitable for use within 3 hours.The reduction of surface tension provides the possibility of increasing weed control efficiency.(2)After spraying different concentrations of wood vinegar to the soil,the p H value of the treated area decreased to about 5.0,but rose to 6.0 after 2 weeks,and returned to the original soil p H value after 1month,which played a role in the soil.It had no long-term effect on soil p H.(3)The dilution factor was 300 and the germination rate was 35.9%.If the dilution factor is lower,inhibition occurs and the optimal dilution factor is 400-200.Different concentrations of wood vinegar had an effect on the aboveground length and dry weight of hydroponic maize seedlings.(4)The cultivation weight of the two groups of test boxes decreased significantly,the maximum water content increased significantly,the p H value and EC increased significantly(p <0.01),and the total carbon,total nitrogen concentration and C/N will be produced to different extents.It had no inhibitory effect on rice growth and yield.(5)Biochar added with wood vinegar significantly increased its plant height,root length,root volume and root tip were 29.7%,117%,121% and 76.1%,respectively.The combination of biochar and wood vinegar is a promising fertilizer for plant growth.
