Currently,the problem of water environment of water resource in China is relatively complex,the universal existence of groundwater,water around the problem such as environmental pollution,shortage of available water,poses a great impact to the future economic and social development,so the total for each river basin water control and reasonable allocation of water resources,to provide theoretical basis and technical support for water conservancy department,have far-reaching significance to realize the sustainable development of economic and social.This study in order to get a ZhangWeinan canal river basin as the main research object,using a long sequence of hydrologic meteorological data and the regional water resources allocation model,to get a ZhangWeinan canal river basin in 2020 and 2030 the availability of water resources,water supply and demand situation and to study the ecological water consumption forecast,get a different river water volume forecast,to get a ZhangWeinan total water control and reasonable allocation of water resources of the acp work provides the basis.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the total water control and reasonable allocation of water resources at home and abroad theory research in technology,build the get ZhangWeinan canal river basin water resources allocation model,through the model to utilize surface water and groundwater,the diversion of water and sewage water points module is used to calculate the total volume control targets for water simulation value,through to the hydrologic and yuan village set two main control node YueCheng reservoir from 1990 to 2000 rate comparison between measured and simulated values of parameters,the related parameters according to the choice of the resulting model for reference,the reasonable adjustment.(2)To get a ZhangWeinan canal basin,the analysis of the overall situation,has been clear about the total volume control quotas for analyzing the river water and ecological water consumption,the use of regional water resources allocation model complete hydrologic forecast,and through the channel of evaporation and infiltration loss quantity calculation of ecological water consumption,and research different river basins within the scope of the main control section in 2020 and 2030 for water volume forecast,and according to the water volume forecast and reasonable allocation of water resources.(3)The amount of water is determined,to get a ZhangWeinan acp unit nature and the actual situation of study of a series of feasible measures,mainly including to practice the water right registration and strict water licensing examination and approval,strengthen water administration law enforcement work of administrative measures,to establish and improve water resources management and supervision information system as the main technical measures,in order to practice the water right trade,adjust the economic measures of water is given priority to,give priority to in order to control life,industrial and agricultural water consumption amount of engineering measures and to set up the water control concept,popularize knowledge of water-saving publicity measures.
