As a necessary living space for every family,the comfort of the kitchen directly determines the happiness index of the family.According to statistics,due to the increase in female workers in the modern family structure,the cooking population has changed from housewives to alternate cooking,At present,the design of kitchen operating tables on the market are designed with a single cooker's body scale and habits.According to research,long-term uncomfortable cooking postures caused by the irrational design of the kitchen operating table can induce musculoskeletal diseases such as the shoulder,cervical,and lumbar spine of the cook.Aiming at the above problems,this paper uses Kano model analysis,man-machine experiment and kinematics analysis simulation to design and study the kitchen intelligent operation platform.Based on the collection of information and market research,this paper uses Kano model to conduct a questionnaire survey of users,and obtains the users' hidden psychological needs for the design elements of the kitchen console;Using the Kano model evaluation parameter table,the user function attribute model analysis was performed,and the Better-Worse corresponding attributes were calculated,the questionnaire results were optimized,the product function design elements were prioritized,and the user satisfaction index was classified.Finally,the realization of the function of the liftable tabletop was positioned as the main research content,and the research direction of the design of the kitchen intelligent operation table was determined.Aiming at the influence of the height of the kitchen console on the comfort of the cooking process,the electromyography method was used to perform the electromyography experiments of the cooking actions.The time and frequency domain electromyograms were analyzed to determine the minimum muscle activity of different human heights.The corresponding height of the kitchen operatingtable;According to the motion capture experiment,the kinematic range of each joint in the cooking process was obtained,and the kinematics model of human cooking motion was established.Using the positive solution of the human kinematics equation,it was proved that the height of the human scale was most positively correlated with the most comfortable table in the kitchen.The linear relationship between body size and kitchen countertop height was verified.According to the theoretical study of the influence of the above-mentioned body scale on the height of the kitchen operating table,this article designs the kitchen intelligent lifting system,completes the design of the intelligent lifting structure,and realizes the intelligent control of the kitchen lifting platform lifting.According to the other functional design elements obtained from the Kano model survey,the design layout of the kitchen intelligent operation table is improved,and the size,CMF and details of the kitchen intelligent operation table are positioned.Based on the study of the influence of the body scale and cooking action on the height of the kitchen operating table,the intelligentization of the kitchen operating table lifting process was finally realized,and the product design of the kitchen intelligent operating table was perfected,so that the kitchen operating table has a good vision while being comfortable to use The experience provides a theoretical basis for the size design of kitchen cabinets on the market,and provides a new method for alleviating musculoskeletal diseases caused by long-term cooking.
