Since X-ray was discovered and studied by R?ntgen in 1895,X-ray imaging technology has experienced several stages of development from Film imaging technology,image intensifier imaging technology,Computer Tomography technology,to digital X-ray imaging technology.It has been widely used in the fields of medical treatment,industry,and security.With the development of digital image processing technology,digital X-ray imaging technology has shown the advantages of lower radiation,faster imaging,higher quality of imaging and easier saving.It has been paid attention and developed in various fields,especially in the industrial field.The miniaturized and low-cost multi-angle digital X-ray imaging system has a very wide application prospect.To meet this demand,this paper designs a multi-angle digital X-ray imaging system,which is composed of X-ray tube,high voltage power supply,rotating stage,X-ray intensifying screen,CCD digital high definition camera,system control software and the algorithm of image denoising.We design and build the hardware of the system,program the software for controlling the system and improve the algorithm of image denoising.The system can display,denoise and save the multi-angle X-ray image of the object.The main contents of this paper include the interaction between X-ray and matter,the principle of X-ray imaging,the selection of hardware devices,and the denoising of the X-ray image.For denoising the X-ray image,we study the mean filter,the median filter,the wavelet threshold filter and the algorithm noise2 void based on deep learning and improve the algorithm of noise2 void by using the residual network unit to improve the training speed and stability of the algorithm network.The denoising requirement of the X-ray image collected by the system are realized by this algorithm.The multi-angle X-ray imaging system designed in this paper has the advantages of smaller volume,lower cost,lower radiation,easier to operation,etc.,which can meet the imaging needs of small instruments in the industrial field.It is suitable for the promotion in small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial field because of the relatively wide range of applications.
