China is a major country in the production and use of antibiotics.Been used, antibiotics enter the receiving environment, which can induce microorganisms to develop antibiotic resistance and pose a potential threat to public health. The rapid development of agriculture, industry and urbanization in coastal areas of China has greatly affected the local ecological environment of the gulf.According to the aquaculture production phase, tourism season and difference of weather, water and sediment samples were collected from cage culture area, yacht tourism region, and domestic drainage channel.Antibiotics were analyzed used the ultra-high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?combined mass spectrometry technology and antibiotic resistance genes were determinated used real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.At the same time, the second generation sequencing technology was applied to analyze the bacterial community structure. This study was to clarify the spatial and temporal distribution of typical antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes in Dapeng Cove and the dynamic change characteristics of bacteria, finding out the influence between anthropogenic activities and antibiotics and antibiotic resistance genes, aiming provides scientific basis for ecological environment protection. With a series of monitoring and research, the following conclusions are drawn:1.12 antibiotics were detected in water samples of Dapeng Cove with a total concentration of 1.10-648.90 ng/L.13 antibiotics were detected in the sediments with a total concentration of 0.66-51.31 ng/g.The detection rate and concentration of erythromycin-H2O were the highest, and tetracycline, sulfonamides and quinolones were also detected. The physical and chemical properties of sediments have certain influence on the distribution of antibiotics.2.ARGs of Chloramphenicol, sulfonamides, quinolones, tetracycline and class I integron int I1 were detected in Dapeng Cove samples with concentrations of 1.56×103-9.39×105 copies/L?water samples?and 2.33×105-3.67×107 copies/g?sediments?.Chloramphenicol?flo R,cml A?and sulfonamide resistance gene?sul1?were the dominant ARGs.Suspended solids may be related to the ARGs content distribution in water.class I integron may contribute to the propagation of ARGs.Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Cyanobacteria are the dominant phyla in Dapeng Cove environment, and Bacteroidetes and Planctomycetes may effect significantly on the proliferation of ARGs.3.Anthropogenic activities have different effects on the contents of antibiotics and ARGs in Dapeng Cove.Yacht tourism and cage culture aggravate rarely the residues of antibiotics and ARGs in Dapeng Cove, domestic drainage may play a major role.
