In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of penaeus diseases,the deterioration of breeding water environment,and the rise of rice shrimp breeding mode,some chemical inputs such as pterygium,phoxim and methylene blue have been used or detected in the breeding of Litopenaeus vannamei There have been few studies on the safety of these inputs in aquatic animals,especially in the vannamei shrimp.In this paper,achieved(Litopenaeus vannamei)as the research object,respectively,to study the disinfectants include the methylene blue,thiazole moiety ketone,sulfur,potassium bisulfate,benzoic ether of sand,its bacteria ester,dimethomorph,imazalil sulfate,moroxydine hydrochloride and disulfide cyano methane,herbicide classes including simazine,lung and prometryn enemy grass,pesticides including phoxim,insecticidal double,single and insecticidal fish stability,environmental conditioner classes,including polyaluminium chloride and potassium aluminium sulfate hydrate twelve 18 species of aquatic products of drugs for the acute toxicity of shore,prawns,After treatment with methylene blue,octylosiophosphorus sinensis(10% LC50)for 48 h,the liver,pancreas and intestines of prawn vannamei were taken on 0d,2d,4d and 6d for histopathological sections,and the pathological changes were observed under electron microscopy.After 2d treatment with 10% 48 h LC50 concentration of methylene blue,octylsiophosphorus sinensis and pipergrass,samples were taken and transcriptomes sequenced.The effects of three drugs on vannamei sinensis were studied from the molecular perspective.The main findings are as follows:1.Acute toxicity of 18 drugs to Litopenaeus vannameiIn this study,hydrostatic experiment was used to evaluate the acute toxicity risk of 18 drugs,such as butadiene,phoxim and methylene blue,in order to provide a reference for safety evaluation and rational use.According to test results,the water temperature 28 ?,18 kinds of drug concentration sorting for the safety of the shore,prawns,phoxim > benzene armour> Thioether > prometryn > simazine > potassium monopersulfate > Moroxydine Hydrochloride > imazalil azole sulfate > methylene blue > methylene bisthiocyanate>MS-222>Methylchloroisothiazolinone> Diuron> Dimethomorph > aluminium potassium sulphate > monosultap > polyaluminium chloride > Dimehypo.2.The histopathological effects of methylene blue,pterygium and phoxim on P.vannameiAfter the end of the acute toxicity test,the exposure experiment was conducted with the concentration of mamethylene blue 10% LC50 for 48 h,and the hepato-pancreatic and intestinal tissues were taken for pathological sections on 0d,2d,4d and 6d to obtain the relationship between the time of exposure and the pathological changes in the tissues.At 4d and 6d after the net exposure,a small amount of tubules were damaged in the hepatopancrea of penaeus vannabaeus,and cells in the wall of the tubules were absent.After 4d and 6d of exposure,the hepatopancreatine tissues of peneopus vannamei showed loose arrangement of hepatic duct,incomplete wall,cell loss,and a small number of wall cells shed into lumen.Intestinal tissue also appeared a large area of dissolution,local visible epithelial cell shedding and other undesirable phenomena.With the increase of methylene blue exposure time,the more serious the tissue lesions occurred in the hepatopancreas and intestines of shrimp vannamei.After 4-day and 6-day exposure,part of the hepatic duct structure of hepatopancreas was damaged,cells were absent,a small amount of tubular wall cells were necrotic,and the cell nuclei were deeply stained or fragmented and dissolved.After 6d of intestinal tissue exposure,mucosal epithelium was completely lost,and a small number of detached epithelial cells could be seen in the lumen.3.Use the transcriptome sequencing method from the aspects of molecular biology research of phoxim,prometryn and methylene blue influence on shore,prawns,through the analysis of the enrichment of the GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis,rt-pcr after verification,the phoxim treatment group main enrichment pathway is differentially expressed genes: amino acid metabolism,endocrine system and digestive system;The main enrichment pathways of differentially expressed genes in the treatment group were amino acid metabolism,carbohydrate metabolism,cell transport and catabolism.The pathways enriched by differentially expressed genes in methylene blue treatment group were amino acid metabolism in the material metabolism pathway and cytochrome P450 in the drug metabolism pathway,which were all related to cell apoptosis.In this study,we investigated the metabolic pathways of phoxim,mamethene and methylene blue in Litopenaeus vannamei through transcriptome,providing a theoretical basis for the metabolic principles of three drugs in Litopenaeus vannamei species.
