Research On Optimal Policy Of Inventory System Based On Sensitivity Optimization Method

With the development of economy and the increasing market competition,enterprises are facing more and more challenges and risks.Enterprises are faced with different customer needs,so enterprises often take the management policy of customer classification to meet customers and get the maximum profit.In the face of uncertain demand,in addition to the conventional supply mode,the enterprise has also established the emergency supply mode to meet the needs of customers quickly.In this paper,the inventory system with two kinds of demand and single source supply and single demand and double source supply is studied.Firstly,this paper describes the research background and significance.In this paper,the related researches of multi demand and dual supply are reviewed and summarized briefly.The concepts of sensitivity optimization method,Markov process and inventory are described,which provide direction and theoretical basis for the analysis of inventory system optimal policy based on sensitivity optimization method.Secondly,this paper describes the inventory system models of two kinds of demand single source supply and single type demand double source supply,and establishes a policy based infinitesimal generator,and a return function about the state and policy of infinitesimal generator,respectively,so as to give the optimal policy of inventory system.Then the monotonicity and optimality of long-term average profit of inventory system under different penalty costs are analyzed by using the sensitivity-based optimization method.,and the maximum long-term average profit is calculated.Finally,the threshold policy is constructed and the long-term average profit under the threshold policy is calculated.Finally,this paper applies the research results to the inventory system of chain A supermarket,describes the inventory system status and control policy of chain A supermarket,then use MATLAB R2016 a platform program algorithm to calculate the basic commodity data in the inventory system of chain A supermarket,finally analyzes the calculation results and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the inventory systemcontrol policy of chain A supermarket.
