Geological disaster could cause great damage to the operation of power grid,especially in the operation and maintenance of rural power grid,geological disaster monitoring and alarm is an important management content.At present,the monitoring and alarm of rural geological disasters in Sichuan electric power company mainly rely on the data interface of meteorological departments,which has some problems such as weak timeliness and insufficient monitoring coverage.The main reason for the above problems is the lack of supporting geological disaster monitoring and alarm management tools,and the business management process mainly depends on the information and manual operation of other departments.In order to solve the above problems,a rural geological disaster monitoring and alarm system based on GPRS is designed and developed in this thesis.In this thesis,the requirements,design,implementation,testing and other key work of the system are studied and analyzed,and the related GPRS technology,GIS map plug-in technology,data visualization technology are analyzed in detail.The system is designed and developed by the use of Java Web technology,SSM component technology,GPRS data grouping communication technology,GPRS short message technology and MySQL database technology.The internal function modules include basic information management,monitoring data management,alarm rule management and alarm data management.The system could collect key information such as precipitation,soil temperature and humidity,soil displacement,etc.through the monitoring devices installed in each high-risk area of geological disasters in the company's rural network.At the same time,through the comparison of monitoring information thresholds,the system could provide geological disaster alarm service for the operation and maintenance management personnel of rural power grid,including the view and statistics of relevant data,as well as the sending of alarm messages,etc.The GPRS communication function of the system is realized by socket technology and serial port technology,GIS map function is realized by Baidu Map plug-in,and data visualization technology is realized by JFreeChart component.Therefore,the system could integrate the company's geological disaster monitoring and alarm management work into a unified business software for processing,improving the management efficiency.The research results of this thesis can integrate the monitoring and alarm work of Sichuan electric power company's rural geological disaster,cover all the monitoring areas,and establish an integrated geological disaster monitoring and alarm data center,so as to improve and improve the efficiency of the company's rural geological disaster alarm work.At the same time,the technical scheme of the system is reasonable,the setting of the functional system is simple and reasonable,which also has a high reference significance for the geological disaster monitoring and alarm work of other power supply enterprises and related industries.
