At present,information technology is the trend of world development.The informatization of forest resources has become an important basis for promoting sustainable development strategy,which plays an important guiding role in forest management and forestry economic development.With the rapid development of economy in our country,the demand for forest resource is more and more.State forestry administration and related forestry departments urgently need to change the survey methods of traditional forest resources aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of field investigation,and maximizing forest resource utilization base on protecting ecological environment of forest.As the continuous development of computer technology and the wide popularity of intelligent mobile devices,which provides an important technical mean for forest resources investigation,replaces the field investigation method of fill in paper data and draw figure,reduces the burden of carrying a large number of auxiliary survey tools such as compass and Hand-GPS,changes the traditional information collection mode of secondary data input of internal work.However,due to the impact of factors such as technology,methods and funds,most forestry grassroots units are still relatively backward in data collection and data management.The field survey data collection system is not abundant function,a low degree of automation,and unfriendly operability of internal work,lack of unified standardized tabulation and output of map etc.Besides,the lower investigation degree of integration of indoor and field work,and the process of data flow is complex,which requires transformed several times and processed to meet the needs of systematic investigation.This paper takes forest resources planning and design as the research object,in view of the problems existing in the current survey model,an integrated investigation system for forest resources planning and design is developed,which realizes the optimization of the investigation process,thereby shortening the investigation cycle and improving work efficiency.The specific studies were as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the contents,technical methods and working procedures of forest resources planning and design,studies the business process of forest resources planning and design,and determines the development goals of the system requirements.Based on the requirements analysis of the system and the principle of the indoor and field integration of forest resources planning and design,and completes the functional design of the mobile terminal system and the desktop system.(2)Analyzing the data structural characteristics of forest resources planning and design and studies the logic of the business flow,and according to system functional requirement,the database design of the mobile terminal system and the desktop system is carried out respectively,realizes the integrative storage and management of spacial data and property data of forest resources planning and design.(3)Based on the demand analysis of forest resources planning and design,the development status of field survey system based on mobile GIS technology is studied.The mobile terminal system of field survey adopts Java development language,combined with Android development technology and UCMap second development platform to realize the functions of attribute data collection,spatial data editing and spatial analysis etc.,and it is responsible for the field survey of forest resources planning and design.(4)This paper analyzes indoor work of data preprocessing before forest resources planning and design and data statistics after forest resources planning and design,and according to the demand of survey and relevant technical specification,and studies the current development status of the GIS system.The desktop system for internal work uses C# development language,combined with ArcGIS Engine component development technology to realize the functions of data processing,data query and statistical analysis etc.it is responsible for the indoor work of forest resources planning and design.
