Large low speed wind tunnel is important test facilities for testing aerodynamics and developing various kinds of aircraft.In the takeoff and landing wind tunnel test of high aspect ratio aircraft,the model and support system will vibrate greatly near the stall angle of attack due to the drastic change of aerodynamic force,which seriously affects the test safety and accuracy of test data.On the basis of studying the vibration suppression methods of wind tunnel test models at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the feasibility of various methods,and puts forward a scheme of vibration suppression with tuned mass dampers.With the rapid development of CAE in recent years,the function of analysis software is continuously improved,and the CAE technology is gradually introduced into the control of vibration.At the same time the methods and means of the study of TMD's damping are innovated,making the research of TMD's damping more effective and easier.In this paper,the tuned mass damper system used for low speed wind tunnel test model damping is studied by giving full play to the advantages of CAE technology and using virtual prototyping technology.Then the impact factors and effectiveness of the TMD's damping are researched.On the basis of theoretical research and software simulation,the tuned mass damper unit is designed and manufactured for low speed wind tunnel test model of 8m magnitude.Through static debugging and wind tunnel test,the results show that the tuned mass damper can effectively suppress the vibration of the model,expand the test scope and improve the safety of the test.
