There are huge energy and resources in the ocean.In the pursuit of the concept of green development,the development of renewable green energy such as marine wind energy and wave energy is becoming more and more important.Compared with the independent development of wind and wave energy devices,the floating wind and wave energy power generation device platform can realize the comprehensive utilization of marine energy.Relying on the vast territorial sea area,its future energy development capacity can not be underestimated.Therefore,this kind of platform has become the key research and test object of many marine engineering research units.This paper introduces the historical development and research status at home and abroad of the two main marine energy power generation devices in the world,including floating fans and wave energy power generation devices.This paper puts forward the idea of combining the floating fan platform with wave energy floater to form a wind wave energy mixed utilization platform,and further analyzes its performance and advantages.This paper divides its research into the following aspects:1.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the ocean conditions,the characteristics of the floating foundation platform,the principle of wave energy capture and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing devices,a floating wind wave energy hybrid utilization system is designed.The system combines the semi-submersible floating fan and the oscillating floating wave energy generator,which has the advantages of high stability and high power generation efficiency;2.For the floating wind-wave energy mixed utilization system in this paper,a set of stability analysis method is put forward,and the stability judgment is based on the specification requirements of drilling platform.The stability of the semi-submersible without wave energy float is calculated and compared with that of the semi-submersible with float;3.Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory and the basic principle of wave load calculation,the platform with wave energy floater and the platform without wave energy floater are modeled and analyzed in the whole motion frequency domain by using the Geni E module and Hydro D module of Sesam,respectively.The six degree of freedom motion amplitude frequency response operator(RAO),additional mass and potential flow damping with different wave angle are obtained.Through the research and calculation of the data,the natural motion frequencies of the two are obtained,and the frequency-domain analysis results of the two are compared to discuss the influence of the installation of wave energy power generation device on the overall motion;4.For the floating wind-wave energy mixed utilization system designed in this paper,according to the actual design size,scale it with a scale of 1:80,make a physical model,complete the model test in the wave making pool,get the motion response of the floating platform in different wave environment,calculate its natural frequency and compare it with the results of frequency domain analysis,and simulate the effect of wind and waves on the movement of the platform,and analyze the difference in motion between the different float platforms under the wind and waves.
